Love this place

We went for the live entertainment of a local acustic artist Jessica. Awesome food, great service and loved the music.

We were here in October to wish a friend farewell on his move. He is a picky eater. The rest of us quite adventurous. The Springs was a good choice for all. The menu changes up depending on the season. Our entrees ranged from steak to venison to duck to prawn penne. Favourite appetizer was Duck Pierogies & Kung Fu... More

We went to The Springs on a Friday night. It was packed, so we had our dinner at the bar. The owner came over to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The service was terrific! I had the best venison I have ever tasted - done with a pomegranate/chocolate sauce! My husband had the beef tenderloin... More

We went to this restaurant, with a group, and the staff and food were extraordinary. The Elk, was the best choice and it was tender & rich, not gamey at all really. The staff (especially DEZ) always insured you wine glass was never low, and friendly. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others.

We went to The Springs on the recommendation of a friend who spoke of a burger he had there the way some people talk about their first serious relationship. London is a few hours from home, so we decided we'd go for lunch. Turns out we should have just gotten a room nearby; after we finished, we seriously discussed making... More

Arrived for lunch and found the paved parking lot portion all full. Cars were parking in basically an adjoining field which resulted in car getting stuck in mud. Need more parking or signs directing to where alternate parking may be. So beware at busy times. Luncheon menu was great and food was delicious. Do find it very noisy and difficult... More

I absolutely love this restaurant. The menu is fantastic, and I really appreciate how all the food is locally sourced, the specials are to die for and the combinations of flavours are a treat on your palette. The service is consistent, the ambiance nice, whether it is a casual or formal outing. The location is central, and unlike downtown, there... More

After work last Friday, my Wife and I spontaneously decided to 'ditch the kids' and head to London (an hour away) for some Christmas shopping and a bite out. After the errands were done, we checked tripadvisor for local restaurants, and boy were we in luck - not only did The Springs have a table immediately available for us, the... More

First time ever at Springs. Went with 2 other couples & thoroughly enjoyed ambience and decore. We had seafood appetizer which was excellent. I had tenderloin and lobster which was perfect. The right amount of garlic infused in the melted butter left me with a pleasureableable aftertaste. Service was excellent and timely. Server was very knowledgeable about menu. Would definitely... I made a reservation and asked for as quiet a table as possible and we were given a lovely table in the window alcove. The waiter was very knowledgable about the ingredients in all the offerings. He went through the menu item by item letting us know what was and wasn't GF and DF and what could be accommodated. I... More
