This is a good sports bar on the corner of Oxford and Wonderland in London, ON. They have daily specials and on Fridays they have 'Free Food Friday' where they serve up all the roast beef on a bun you can eat between 4PM and 6PM. We have been going there every Monday night for their wing special - 39... More

Not some where I would take the family. If you want cheap food and beer, moderately good looking servers and don't mind the smoke from the patio filled with smokers this place is alright. Good place to have good and drinks with the boys.

Next door (and part of) McGinnis Restaurant. The same great food, including the Margherita pizza, in a wonderfully grungy sports bar atmosphere. Peanut shells everywhere and always busy. For serious conversation go next door to the less noisy McGinnis, but for fun hang out at the Oarhouse. Unfortunatley the Guiness here has also been "substituted" for an uninteresting stout.

Ordered crab dish that had little to no crab in it. Waitress brought us dirty plates for our food. Bathrooms dirty. Would never go back.

I go London 4-5 times a year and visit the Oar House nearly every time - definitely my favorite London bar so far. The atmosphere is great, friendly staff, good beer, good food, free peanuts (throw your shells on the floor). A wide range of patrons attend from college students right up. It's not very close to the colleges though... More

A group of us walk in and the owner sides with the old guys that provoke a altercation because they don't like us....the owner blames the guys not doing anything wrong and that were grabbed by the old guys, and thinks its ok......big shot. way to loose a whole league worth of customers.

Had the Sirloin burger with an ice cold MGD while watching the elite 8 games on 20 screens. Oh and I tossed my peanut shells on the floor! Loved this place! Wish it wasn't 2 hours from my house!

What more is there to say... A great atmosphere with a lot to look at. So many TVs, tuned to every sports game. Funny bathroom signs. Quick and friendly service, good bar food. Great nightly specials. Overall, a great place to watch a game.

Chicken wings and big screen TV's are expected in any sports bar, but the Oar House has always gone way past what's expected. Beautiful ladies that dole out the suds and tasty food, free bin of peanuts and great crowds of sports fans make this London's premium place to be for the big game. Other places try, but seldom compete... More

Great place to drop in for a drink and some good food with friends. Wait staff are attentive, and the atmosphere is casual. Grab a bowl of nuts and don't worry about dropping the shells on the floor !
