Good Food and Drinks, Great Location

The coffee shop is good, they bring your order to your table for you, and it's good food etc. It's always quite busy but it's such a great location you can't really be surprised!

We were going to eat, but the place was busy. Nowhere to sit. Each four table taken up by one student studying taking up whole table with laptop, notebooks, etc. Most of them were not even eating or drinking. So we decided just to get coffees and hot chocolate to go. Unfriendly service. Coffee not bad. Were given a number... More

Williams Coffee Pub is very warm, calming, and welcoming. I love the atmosphere there, and i LOVE going there on cold and crappy days.

Bad service, bad food, bad prices It was not worth the visit for the third time only to be disrespected and given horrible service I would not recommend this to anyone its a total embaressment to london and is suprising it has not been shut down because of health concerns and sanitary conditions.

The food is average and the place needs a good cleaning. The waitress seemed surprised that I asked her to clear the table and clean the mess that the previous occupants had left. Since the place is somewhat dark I saw this unoccupied seat near the window. I will be back if the attitudes change.

Really enjoy the food here. I come here from time to time to meet a friend for lunch. On my recent visit I left my food behind because I was unable to eat in such a filthy restaurant. I wont be going back.

I've been to many Williams and this is probably the best for serving fresh and yummy sandwiches and salads. However, the place is extremely dirty. The stairs to the bathrooms downstairs are covered in dirt and the bathrooms are scarily dirty. I'm surprised they haven't gotten in trouble with Public Health!

This is a nice café if you enjoy reading or working on your laptop while enjoying high price coffee and treats. I have friends who like going here so I have gone with them a few times but I find the coffee is expensive and a simple timmy's will keep me happy.

This place serves cold, clammy, sloppy food, the drinks are nothing special I've tried the hot chocolates, teas, smoothies, wraps and paninis. Save your money, Tim Horton's is much better and for a better value.
