We liked this restaurant so much that we visited twice during our stay. The steaks are excellent and you can have them cooked to your liking both on the inside and out (Chicago on the outside is very tasty). The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

My wife and I celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary in Kingston, and decided to have dinner at The Keg. The service was excellent and the food was cooked to perfection. We had eaten at other Keg restaurants specifically the Keg Manor in Ottawa so we were not surprised. I had the Rib Steak which was melt in your mouth which... More

My husband and I went to the Keg for a Sun evening meal downtown. An easy find on King St within sight of Springer Market Square, we arrived at a fairly busy time (reservation recommended with exception of Sat where first come first served). I have been to several Kegs throughout Ontario, and have received good service by cordial staff,... More

It has been years since we have eaten at the keg, the last time in Ottawa. This restaurant is very confusing - the hostess took us down a myriad of corridors and stairs to seat us on King st, where there were other dinners. My wife's 6 0z sirloin was rare as requested, and tasted very good, but was a... More

Nothing beats the Keg Steaks ,thick cut peppercorn or steak & lobster.Superp flavor along with superb service and Heritage style ambience in Kingston located directly adjacent to Market Square close to all the popular pubs for an after dinner adventure.A must reservation and appetite!

We went to The Keg for our Anniversary. We started off with drinks a Mango Daquari for me and a Rum and Coke for my hubby. Mushrooms Neptune made for a wonderful appetizer then the main course of steak with twice baked potatoes. Not sure how I found the room but the Creme Brule could not go untried for dessert.... More

Have been to several Keg Restaurants over the years and this one is just as good as the rest of them. Fantastic food, friendly wait staff in a pleasant environment. Not for the faint of heart financially as it is quite expensive, but it's a steak house so most people are ready for the high prices.

We went to the Keg in downtown Montreal, Laval and also the one in the Fairview center in the west Island. What we like about The Keg is that to us this is one of the most consistent restaurant franchise around. Our first visit at the Keg in Kingston was exactly what we were expecting...shrimp cocktail, filet mignon and cheesecake!!!... More
