It cannot often be said that restaurants in hotels are stellar. They can be too pricey for the quality, or poorer quality in general. That's not the case in this little gem. Our dinner was excellent. The appetizers (a hot asparagus-chicken soup and a chilled, tomato-coconut purée) were delicious and generous portions. The vegan portobello "tree" entre and tagliatelle seafood... More

We visited this restaurant for dinner on a Friday evening. Hadn't heard of it before. It wasn't busy. We were able to sit outside and watch the lake. Food was very good. Service was friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend. Probably best for adults.

I had read all the great reviews of this place, so while staying in Kingston decided to try this restaurant. There was a large wedding going on but the West Seventy6 Grill had only one or two tables with customers dining. Unfortunately it seems this place is a waste of a good chef because the service was beyond terrible. First... More

My wife and I have stayed a few times at the residence inn. This restaurant has become a go-to place. If we are not feeling up to trying something new - we know we can rely on the quality of food this place turns out. The prices are fine - in line with the product. The last time through we... More

Fabulous food, excellent service and one of the best views of Kingston Harbour anywhere around. Lots of free parking, attentive staff and a great chef make this a must visit for Kingstonians and visitors alike.

Ordered the t bone steak was very impressed with the cut and favors. The potatoes were excellent and the plating of the dish was also very good the chef here knows what a customer wants and delivers if you go try the t bone you will not be disapointed.

My two friends and I recently shared Friday night dinner with wine at this restaurant. All of our meals (cracklin chicken, vegan veggies with polenta, and braised ribs) were delicious, and the service was excellent. We liked the big windows and the warm wood accents. However, this lovely little place appears to be a well kept secret -- other than... More

During the day, the place might as well have been an upscale cafeteria, located in what is the Residence Inn. Problem: no free parking for guests unless you can get one of the six spots aways away from the hotel door. Service very good. House wine okay (Shiraz) but pricey. Food was EXQUISITE and okay on price. Hope they can... More

We saw this on tripadvisor and expected it to be a decent restaurant. It was a dissappointment. The tables and chairs in the dining area looked like something out of an Ikea catalogue. The soup and appetizers were over salted (and cold). I had the cod which was the best part of the meal. My wife had the pickerel which... More

It was pouring rain the night we stayed at the Residence Inn in Kingston, so we opted to eat in the small restaurant off the lobby. What a delightful experience! The food was excellent, the presentation worthy of a food magazine picture, and the service both polished and friendly, We usually try different restaurants each night when we travel, but... More
