Went for a late dinner yesterday. The place can be busy at night so go for lunch if you like it quiet. The server was friendly and told us the specials and even gave us the wifi password.! That was great. Go here hungry because the portions are Huge. I had the SCottish poutine A ton of fries & mashed... More

Went on a Sunday around 7pm. It was quite empty so no problem getting a table. I ordered the roast beef Yorkshire pudding and my friend ordered the steak pie with fries. Food came in a reasonable amount of time and was nice and hot. The only downside of my roast beef Yorkshire pudding, was the roast beef. It was... More

I have been here few times. I was there recently with some friends. The staff was awesome and quick to serve. The nachos are the best in town. It's a very mature crowd. I highly recommend the pheasant plucker for dinner or just a social night out. The building has a lot if character. Gives you the pub feel. Also... More

Wife and I were walking back from the hospital and stopped for supper. Great pub atmosphere inside and good beer selection. We had the fis fans chips which were recommended by our server and they were excellent. We would return to this pub anytime

I go here regularly for a pint and something to eat, with friends. It's a really friendly place and the food is good, beer selection is alright, and pretty big inside. Take note, it's the go-to place for the Argylls, so it can get packed some nights with army folks - good people, just sometimes a bit boisterous. Recommend going... More

Came for dinner on a Sunday. Patio was full and we got a table inside just in time. I had medium garlic wing, honey garlic and medium sauce. They were amazing, I wish this was a more common flavour! Husband had the pepperoni pizza as he loved it last time. Excellent choice too, it was a tough call on what... More

This is a nice enough spot for lunch - food and service is pretty average. They tend to take a long time to prepare your meal - a problem when you are running in for a quick lunch during work.

Excellent Scottish Pub, not Irish as posted by others in the reviews. It's my favourite place for a pint in the city, and best place for pub food as well. Quality beers on tap and a good atmosphere to be enjoyed. I work out of the country quite a bit and this is always the first place I come back... More

Great place to grab a beer and have some nibbles. Seems to be a gathering place for our many Hamilton workers. Nice atmosphere.
