I lived in Guelph for 10 years and absolutely loved eating here. Today I was back visiting a friend and made it a priority to come back. She ordered the BALT which is always a crowd favorite. She also tried the egg nog latte which was really good. I had a veggie sandwich with kale pesto - Delicious!! Their fresh... More

Baked goods are fresh, original, healthy and very tasty. Their sandwiches are also very good - especially their signature BATH sandwich of Bacon, Avacado, Tomato and Havarti cheese. You can eat in their restaurant section or get take out.

A great little spot for wonderfully tasty breakfasts etc. The place is often tight for space but the wait staff do their best to accommodate. The food is first class and the coffee good.

This place is a landmark in Guelph. The food is excellent and the ambiance is calming and fun. It exudes a hippy/hipster vibe, and is also a favorite for the 50's and 60's crowd. Ladies Wo Lunch are often found here. Very good choice for coffee, brunch, lunch, snacks. Try the Lemon Bar - You won't be sorry.

Lovely food at a reasonable price. Not many seats, so don't bank on sitting in. The window stool area is cool for eating while watching the world go by. Only been twice so wouldn't recommend particular items.

We were in town for a visit, and wanted to drop by this lovely little cafe for some breakfast. There was a bit of a wait to get a table, as it is a very popular spot on weekends, so that was ok. Service can be a bit slow when this busy, however the food is great. I ordered their... More

You can tell this is a favourite place in town as there was a waiting line when we came and left!Met my sisters here for a catch up lunch, and the way everyone was chatting, you could tell others do too. Food was great, I had the winter salad, delicious mix of quinoa , wild rice veggies, and goat cheese... More

I'm glad you enjoyed the food! I hope you didn't have to wait in line too long, it can get pretty busy in the dining room once the patio closes. I'll make sure to pass on your review of the winter salad to our kitchen staff. :) More

I like to eat lunch here when I am in the area. The food is healthy, all-natural and tasty! They make their own bread for the sandwiches. The coffee is fair-trade, roasted locally and excellent every time. Sometimes I enjoy a cookie or brownie for dessert. If you like chocolate, try the Chocolate Dream Bar. It's sooo good!
