This place has stood the test of time for a very good reason. Cash only but that is no big deal. Everyone famous from the area visits too. And why not? It is a landmark.

At least that is what they advertise. It's great that places like this still exist. The food is OK but the atmosphere is the best. It is a step back in time. Love the milkshakes (at least three scoops of real ice cream) and the onion rings (thin and crispy). The food took forever to come but it was a... More

milkshakes made the old fashioned way - and taste great! This is not a fancy place but look around at all the stapled on business cards and signed photographs of whose eaten here - an iconic place. The girls behind the counter could do with being a bit more friendly and need to learn to smile.

Go for the hot dog and the variety of toppings. Enjoy the very old atmosphere. Remember it's only a hot dog.

This is an iconic old-time 12" Hotdog Stand that hasn't changed anything but the paint outside in 70 years! Still has a pull-up front / side parking lot a wooden door in and a sit-up spinning stool soda bar that was built by the original owners ... What more can I say than "Get there before it isn't there anymore!!"... More

Sadly, our visit here fell far short of expectations. The only happy person in our party of 4 had the veggie dog. Though their 12 inch traditional hot dogs are their signature dish, only one of us chose one of their many dressed hotdogs and thought it was just OK. 2 of us ordered the "home made burger", at over... I have been going to Easterbrooks Hotdog Stand for 40 years and have yet to be disappointed with the service or the meal truly a outstanding tradition for our area.
