Definitely not an inexpensive evening out, but I do enjoy their tapas-style menu. Sharing a few double orders of their appetizers and a pizza is a unique dining experience in Burlington. Wine list is quite limited so don't go there expecting anything interesting or new. Excellent calamari and bianca pizza.

My wife and I have eaten at Eatalia several times. It is one of our "go-to" spots in Burlington. Consistently great food, wine list is reasonably priced and delicious, and service is typically good. The thin crust pizzas are great! The short-ribs are delicious. The pasta is fantastic. The portions are big! We will continue to go to Eatalia -... More

We walked in there at 9 on a Thursday evening and there were only 5 tables in use. We sat down for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged before we got up and left as the "waitress" watched us go. If they were close to closing someone could have said something, though people were just getting food, so I don't... More

Food was tasteless and lacked creativity. Brian the bouncer was very sketchy and gave 2 of our friends a hard time. Needless to say I will never be returning there

These guys make a great artisan pizza bottom line. The Bianco was fantastic. And the atmosphere can't compair to any other resturant.

Four of us visited on Wednesday July 30 for dinner. First time there . It wasn't very busy so I was surprised the service started out a little slow. This wasn't a big deal for us as we were in no rush. The waitress was apologetic and mentioned since it was slow they let a waitress go home. Two of... More

My husband and I stopped in to have a glass of wine and some pizza. We were so please with the pizza. Although very expensive compared to most restaurants it was a nice night out and the waiter was very friendly.
