Total surprise , totally great .

Passed by this restaurant many times going to Spencer Smith Park for activities but this time made a decision to go and try it . We were not disappointed . Went here with my family having high hopes for the food and I would have to say it was alright. Everyone ordered pizza and the amount of flour on the pizza was crazy. Sure pizza need flour but should be able to only taste that. We got apps and they were disappointing and sloppy. The service was terrible. Great place... More

I booked this restaurant for a private weekend event. The risotto, four-cheese pizza, pappardelle, and meatballs with ricotta were exceptional. Many thanks to Jennifer Ottmann and all the staff at Eatalia for making it a very memorable day. Thank you. Linda H.

Came here for dinner a couple of weeks ago and ordered a variety of dishes. The one that stood out to me the most was the Funghi Pizza, which is probably the best mushroom pizza I've ever had (topped with a lot of garlic and gorgonzola cheese). The bread was quite good, so was the pasta and calamari that we... More

Had lunch here recently. It was Thursday and usually the better places are quite busy. Not here. Staff seemed very solemn and the place was cold and depressing. Food was only ok, not what we anticipated for an Italian specialty restaurant. Menu promised garlic bread with my bland past but none came. I asked and was presented with appetizer thin... More

We went to Eatalia for a birthday lunch with our son and his wife. It was a Sunday and we were the only ones there so our service was excellent. The selection of breads and spicey olive oil and baba ghanoush started us off on the right foot. I had the salmon with a salad and it was delicious. My... More

But when we were approached at the entry they accomadated our seating request quite quickly. Upon sitting down we were ask by a very nice young lady what kind... More

When we crave pasta and great appetizers - we head for Eatalia. Sauces are authentically Italian, salads are fresh (and lettuce is crisp and cold, as it should be) and everything is as tasty as can be. Servers are friendly and welcoming, and the ambiance is pleasing! Just a great spot to enjoy a glass of wine, good food and... More

Definitely not an inexpensive evening out, but I do enjoy their tapas-style menu. Sharing a few double orders of their appetizers and a pizza is a unique dining experience in Burlington. Wine list is quite limited so don't go there expecting anything interesting or new. Excellent calamari and bianca pizza.
