A great restaurant just outside of Brantford. A rear old school house that's been converted to a restaurant, it's has great ambience with lots of choices of dining rooms. The serving staff is old school and very traditional. The food was excellent, I had the Venice medallions with lobster tail with Greek rice soup to start. We were a party... More

This restaurant is true to form with the school theme. As you walk into the restaurant you feel as if you have gone back in time . The decor is something to look at and all the old school articles make it a delight and bring back memories when I went to school lol. My husband and I actually had... More

We had dinner there a few months back and loved the uniqueness of it. The is a wonderful piano bar, with seats around it and also a dance floor. After dinner, we danced to the live piano music. It was great!!

As years pass by we have had my parents 40, 50 and 60th at this restaurant staff are over the top helpful. Dad had been stuggling in getting around with our help and staff and the use of their elevator we were able to have a big gathering with all the fixings from the buffet. They even brought a cute... We had reservations at 5:30 and enjoyed a lovely starters of excellent onion soup, oysters Rockefeller. The prime rib and steak were done to perfection. After dinner we went to piano bar and had the most enjoyable night out. John at the piano is unbelievable. A must visit for excellent food and entertainment

Yep the Queen actually visited this restaurant for a meal, but we just stopped by for Sunday Brunch to have a family celebration for my soulmates birthday. Here's the scoop. The atmosphere rates at the top, the staff is the best (Gus's gang has it altogether as far as service and personalities). Now for the food. You won't get the... More

Had the opportunity to take our friends to the Ole School Restuarant for lunch. As the title indicates, the restaurant was a school house before the owners converted it into a restaurant. The decor is wonderful with old school items, including several pictures of the Queen of England who dined there. We arrived at noon and was surprised that there... More

Have been here a few times. Very nice setting. One of those times it would be nice to get dressed up, but not necessary. A great place for a special occasion

If you are looking for a high end experience, the scoop house will give you that. But it does not come cheap. The keg is a better deal if you ask me.

Sunday Brunch was the occasion. The ambiance was amazing. The service was phenomenal, the décor was impressive. The food was simply below par. When you pay that kind of money, you expect the food to be outstanding. I was in shock when I ate the salmon. It was so dry, I almost needed a knife to cut it. Here's my... More
