Our first visit to the well known Chemong Lodge restaraunt was a very good one. Our reservations were for 6:00 pm and we arrived on time. We were seated right away in the sunroom. There were 4 in our party and each of us was delivered a perfectly cooked prime rib to our varied specifications, from medium well to blue... More

We made reservations for the Sunday of the first long weekend in August. When we arrived a bit early it was clear we need not have worried. It has the old style lodge decor, dark wood, random wood working tools hanging on the walls, and lace valances over the windows, and it is very clean. There is a lovely view... More

Chemong Lodge is located in the Hamlet of Bridgenorth, Ontario Canada, dining specialties, prime rib roast and yorkshire pudding, steak and seafood etc. in a quaint lodge setting, restaurant only, but B & B available. I have dined there many times with excellent service and knowledgeable staff of the menu. This is a family owned for over 50 years and... More

Been going here for our anniversary for several years now. Nice quiet location, background live pianist, a good selection of meals at a reasonable price. Never had a bad meal yet. Be there again next year..Thanks!

My husband and I have become 'regulars' at this location. When we go for the special of the day (Sunday night roast beef is a favourite), we eat in a beautiful atmosphere overlooking the water, enjoy delicious food served in a professional manner for less than we would spend go to one of the local chain restaurants. Wednesday night prime... More

It was a busy Saturday night and we decided to eat outside and enjoy the live music. Service went downhill as soon as we got our menus. We had to ask repeatedly to be served, get water, get cutlery, napkins, etc. They were short staffed. We should have gone inside where there were more servers and few customers. Food was... More

Chemong Lodge has an excellent atmosphere and views as well as the tastiest beef around. Good varied menu to suit any taste as well as great pub food in the Pub section or patio.

We went for Christmas dinner and so regret it now. The place was packed and very noisy. For the $55.00 per person charged you'd expect hight quality food. The prime rib if you asked for it 'med well' obviously was sliced and tossed back in the oven or put more likely on a fry pan. Ugh! The organge juice was... More

My brother and sister in law are regular patrons and suggested this restaurant. The meal was excellent, the dessert was delicious but the service was the best of all. The waitress was very friendly and made suggestions from the menu that were spot on. We also enjoyed the piano music in the background. This restaurant will be a our choice... More
