Nice view friendly staff.

Walked here from the Acadian Motel intending to have a pre dinner drink. We sat on the Patio overlooking the water and decided the view was too nice to leave early and so we ended up ordering Sandwiches { Tuna for me. Roast beef for my husband. } the Tuna had way too much mayonnaise and I could... read more

Great decor and friendly staff. Food is excellent, loved the coffee. Right along the water front by the Fisheries museum, very convenient location. Plenty of parking around it, and prices are fair.

Awesome service, delicious pub food. Stuck around for trivia night and had a blast. Got to know Nikki, the owner's dog. Instruments on the walls anyone can grab and play...good mix of locals and tourists, nice patio. Fun night out and we will be back.

We stayed in Pictou for almost two weeks, including Lobster Carnival weekend. I think we went to Carvers almost every day, for drinks or food or both, except the few days we were on Cape Breton. The owner Brent and his staff, especially Sarah, and Niki (woof) were all awesome and very hospitable !!! We tried most of the menu... More

We went to Pictou for the lobster carnival, what a great time that was and we ventured out for a bite to eat in the evening. Heard the amazing music coming from Carvers and decided to go right in. We ordered our food, just regular pub food, beer, wings and some nachos. The wings were horrid, undercooked and tasteless so... More

Very small interior but fun crowd. We happened upon music bingo night. The locals were very friendly and helped us try to win. At the end of the night the whole place got up and was doing a scotish jig, dancing around arm to arm. So much fun! Didn't try the food but the drinks and local atmosphere were great.... More

Bar, coffee house, food and entertaining locals, what more could you ask. This place is an experience not to be missed. You can hear local music, have a quiz night, have long lazy talks with the locals and you can even be insulted by Brett the owner, very nice man.

The chicken wings served here are the best I have ever eaten. The hose wine is great; so is the Montreal sandwich. Brent, the owner, has a welcoming and charming way about him. Often there are musicians playing for coins in a bucket. The deck, both the big front one and the side deck are a great place to people... More

If you like lobster rolls and are on the way to P.E.I. via the Caribou ferry, then you need to stop at this place. May sure though you go hungry as the lobster rolls could feed two people. Cold beer, pleasant atmosphere and polite service and an outdoor patio makes this place a fun place to grab some lunch.

This business sitting on the Pictou waterfront facing the harbour is described only with one word multi-dimensional. It started as a coffee house and has since turned into a place where everyone is welcome and when they get there they will look at, great Pub food, a lobster sandwich next to none other, wings, chicken strips, fries, sandwiches, soups, all...
