Overpriced, and the worst eggs benedict I ever experienced. The ham served on one of the english muffins had a huge piece of grissel in it and the other muffin had to be cut with a steak knife. The homefries were greasy, burnt and tasteless. The Chefs explanation was "sorry that we do our best and that I don't have... More

My family and I visited Emma's for my Birthday brunch on Jan 15th. Emma's is a small cafe with fresh cooked food and table service. A very uncommon sight in the Halifax area. We all had brunch type items. I had your basic eggs, potatoes and ham. The most impressive part was the real ham. Not the deli slices that... More

The food is top quality home cooking, with all the breakfast staples, as well as a couple fun items like Emma's famous fish cakes. For lunch there are some delicious and unique... More

This has become my Sunday morning necessity. Great staff and above all great food. You can't go wrong with fair trade coffee, fresh eggs everything and incredible sized portions. It's uplifting to walk into the cafe with spring green walls and daisies. The owner has a great smile and lots of laughter. Eastern Passage has a gem and the secret... More

I luv this place. My co-worker and i found this place by accident. First off I was really surprised to find this in a small strip mall in Eastern Passage and secondly how nice the place looked. The waitress was wearing a T-shirt that said "Eat Fish Cakes", which I ordered and they were awesome. My co-worker ordered the French... More
