Every now and then it’s good to reinvent yourself, and that’s exactly what we’ve done at Digby Pines Golf Resort and Spa. Formerly the Annapolis Dining Room, the succulent new menu at Churchill’s Restaurant and Lounge presents new twists on old favourites, featuring local ingredients and prepared to order.Created by award-winning Executive Chef Dale Nichols, our world-famous Digby scallops are still a resort specialty and a must-try on our new menu. A complete selection of domestic and imported wines is also available.

A 4-course fine dining experience for us as well as a buffet breakfast

We ate a dinner and a buffet breakfast here in early October while travelling along the Annapolis Valley highway after coming off the St.John to Digby ferry. The dinner we had was in a spacious dining room with tables set formally with a white tablecloth and nice table setiings. The menu was to... read more

We chose The Pines for a family meal (there were eight of us) and, though there was nothing specific that you would want to complain about, neither was there anything specific you would want to praise them for. The food was average. The service was average. The atmosphere and decor were average. The price, on the other hand, was above... More

We escaped the crowds in downtown Digby during the Wharf Rat Rally and enjoyed a delicious lunch on the terrace at the Digby Pines Resort. Beautiful view and enjoyable lunch.

We were in Digby around dinner time last night and decided to eat at Churchill's Restaurant at The Digby Pines. To our delight it was "Prime Rib Wednesday"! We were served a fabulous three course meal that was out of this world!! We're going to see if we can find ourselves in Digby next Wednesday too!

This was my second time to the Digby Pines restaurant. I was recently in Digby overnight for work and thought I would slurge on my dinner allowance for a nice meal. I read that the Pines resturant offered a 3 course Prime Rib meal on Wednesday nights so I specifically booked my work trip for that night. It was a... More

Many in the service industry could take a lesson from the effective, efficient and attentive wait staff at the Pines. They know how to make their restaurant guests feel welcomed and valued. The interior at the Pines is stately and elegant. The dining area overlooks lovely gardens and the Digby harbor. The menu was varied with many interesting sounding selections... More

Having driven all around southern Nova Scotia, this (formerly) railroad-owned inn is THE place to stay (unless you are broke). A lot of it is somewhat depreciated, which would get it a rating of three stars, but the coolness factor is a five, so four is the net. Some of the reviews say that there isn't entertainment here but I... More

Breakfast, lunch and dinner were amazing. Excellent seafood options and great service! Love the view of the basin from the restaurant.

This is a treasure here in Digby. It's a wonderful hotel and restaurant tons of history. The buffet is wonderful there is something for everyone and all ages. We go a couple of times a season and hoping to get back this weekend.

Good breakfast but lunch and dinner a bit disappointing. Chicken sandwich should not contain bones! Fairly limited choice on both lunch and dinner menus. Dinner prices probably overpriced. Hostess and servers were lovely.
