Good breakfast but lunch and dinner a bit disappointing. Chicken sandwich should not contain bones! Fairly limited choice on both lunch and dinner menus. Dinner prices probably overpriced. Hostess and servers were lovely.

Chef Dale has done it again! The most incredible buffet including Lamb, Halibut, even Smoked Shrimp! Awesome! A wide selection of dishes, hot and cold, International salads, just a myriad of excellent choices. Then there is the "Temple of Desserts"! Excellent value, fine dining experience, beautiful setting, perfect location!

Beautiful grounds, exquisite dining. The staff are very attentive. It is like being brought back in time with all the charming allure. Golfing at their course, facial at their spa, swimming in their beautifully scenic pool are just some of their must dos!

The Sunday Brunch at the Pines is something I look forward to every summer. The food, the setting and the service is great. I was a little disappointed with my last visit because they had none of their usual cheesecakes! Not that I need it! :-) We could not get a reservation until 1 pm so perhaps there was some... More

If you are looking for a restaurant that gives you a special meal this is the place. Fine dining with special combinations, sides and flavours. Delicious food, fresh, and something to please everyone. Beautiful atmosphere, service was a bit slow, but this is a dining experience not a eat and rush out Place.

Cuisine this is not! The food served here is not restaurant quality. Rather it is as if they are operating as a cafeteria with waiters. There is just no way anyone could seriously recommend this as a place to eat.

My server was able to bring me gluten free bread, and confirmed the first 2 courses were gluten free when asked gor a double check. But come the entree, they served up a plate with flour-battered potatoes. Clearly they have not grasped the gluten-free concept.

Despite initial misgivings, enjoyed an evening meal here. Although not busy, we had to stand around for quite a while until someone showed us to a table, it felt like we were being deliberately ignored. However, we were served by a delightful waitress ( can't remember name, but I think she is Romanian) who seemed genuinely interested in the customers.... More

We went to this restaurant for our last dinner in Digby and we were underwhelmed. The place was overtaken by a convention of noisy life insurance sales people, one of whom even sitting down with us prior to borrowing a chair from our table. The service was slow, with the server constantly apologising for the wait. The food was disappointing,... More

We booked the Romance Package which included a room, 4 course dinner, breakfast buffet and admission to the gardens in Annapolis Royal. This was a terrific deal! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially with the help of Joey at the front desk and Jenna in the dining room. Our room had a excellent view, was clean and well appointed. As... More
