Pub is great!! The beer list is great. Also the food is really good. There is a full menu including seafood favorites, like chowder and scallops and chili and nachos. They also have steak and chicken, if one wants that in NS. Service is wonderful and wait staff are very friendly. One can eat a complete meal or just hang... More

We sat outside and it was very nice. Menu had some variety as not all in my party liked seafood. The restaurant is casual and we were not in the mood that night for a fancier alternative. Food was very good, reasonably priced, and restaurant also has some history. Also, restaurants close early and this has later hours. Overall a... More

This is a below average pub serving below average food by a staff that would prefer being somewhere else. We tried the house special, a bland potato dish that seemed a bit heavy on the bacon grease taste. My husband's fish and chips were tasteless and greasy. We were there on a Sunday night, the place was about 3/4 full... More

This was a disaster. Lousy service, late food order, cold chowder, warm beer and nothing else was any good. Monday July 21st, 2014.

We went here rather than the Bistro East as the latter had no menu up outside so you can't tell what the prices are like. Staff very friendly at the pub, food and beer pretty good, though I was surprised to be asked what dessert I wanted while still eating my main - we realised later that the locals eat... More

Uninspiring and unappealing selection of food which tends to be heavy on the grease. Don't order the steak. It was tough as old leather and we had to send it back! Questionable cleanliness of the kitchen.

We arrived about ten minutes to 2:00 in the afternoon on a very beautiful day. We were greeted by a cheerful server who made suggestions as to menu selections. The food, atmosphere, and personnel were amazing. I'd highly recommend the haddock. I asked for the fish not to be breaded (as indicated on the menu) and they accommodated me without... More

This is the first place we think of when looking for a place to eat in Annapolis. He loves the steak, but its only available as a special on certain days.... I'm stuck on the Monte Cristo, which is the best I've ever had anywhere and the ultimate comfort food for me :) salads are always nice and fresh, service... More

Our waiter was very friendly - gave us a round table near the door, we could listen to music and look across the street out over the water.
