Quick lunch stop

Stopped here to get sandwiches on the way to Keji National Park. Definitely recommend the chicken sandwich with yogurt sauce- delicious and so filling! Resisted the pastries this time...but probably should have had a ginger cookie. Looked delicious.

Fantastic pastries. Run by an expat with a multi-generation baking family. Authentic strudel that was simply divine. Right across the street from the Fort Anne National Park.

We dropped in to pick up a few treats after a delicious lunch at The Country Nook. The macaroons are delicious as are the shortbread style cookies with various fillings!

We bought some baked goods at the bakery and found them very expensive and rather common. Much better options around.

Pastries and food are grest and very reasonably priced. The lobster sandwich was fabulous! Assorted drinks including beer are available.

Our waitress was great - patient with the children and very friendly, but you have to really like heavy German food to enjoy the place
