With the usual pub fare, lots of draught choices, very good service and a real pub atmosphere, the Black Knigth might not be for everyone. But it's one of the most popular waterholes in Yellowknife. Rustic pub style decor a little rough on the edges. Food quality is quite good but patience needed when it's really busy.

Great pub atmosphere and the service was unbelievable the bartender remembered what wine that my wife and I drank two days before and they were two different wines. Had the fish and chips the second time and it was great.

Fine for having a few coldish beers in the dead of winter when the dingy dismal atmosphere doesn't seem so stark. Buttt don't eat the food.

Packed, dusty, dated and a truly filthy kitchen. The prices are so high! The service is very good. But the love isn't there in the kitchen or maintenance.

Very cosy pub with good home cooking. Charming atmosphere where it is interesting to watch people. Live music is a plus.

Saturday night steak night was great. $20 and includes a beer. The mashed potatoes were dry but the steak was great.

Visited for lunch and dinner over a few days. The menu was average pub food, which was good. The staff friendly and atmosphere good. Not too expensive.
