Really great service for a restaurant in St. John's. Really nice interior and harbour view. Comfortable seating. The steaks were amazing; tender and cooked perfectly. The fries seemed like they were fried in oil that wasn't up to temperature. They were limp and oily...not the crisp, delicious fries we were hoping for. Vegetable side was over cooked. Overall, the steaks... More

A group of six ate there. I recommend the townie favorite fish and chips. others in our party had pan fried cod,bbq chicken, cod tongues. the food was of generous portions, hot and excellent prompt service. The partridgeberry cheesecake was my favorite.Bar service we found the drinks to be too watery. I recommend reservations.!!

I intentionally will not read reviews of a restaurant until after have been there myself. Myself and my wife went here for an anniversary dinner. We ate without even looking at pricing. For an appetizer we had the Spinning Wheel of wings, fully loaded potato skins and nachos. We both had steak. She had a steak with a skewer of... More

And Birthday dinners the food here is delicious, service is good, and while u can walk in and be seated, I reserve my seats especially for special occasions. Breakfast was not included but the Rumpelstiltskin restaurant downstairs was excellent and the breakfast was well priced. I had a bacon/egg/cheese sandwich for about $5 and it was delicious. Rumpiltilskins was a good restaurant to eat at. We ate their one evening as well as breakfast. Server was amazing and food was delicious. It was also a great view!

Our cab driver recommended this to us on the way to the airport. It is a nice pub/restaurant attached to a hotel. We were able to go in at 9:00 and have a full meal. We had nachos -- which were some of the best I've had. Also, they had local beers on tap. Service was very friendly.

Doing some catch up on a trip to St. John's. Not time to go and see everyone on the list, so we decided to invite one and all to drop by for snacks and a drink from 4-6 one day. It was the perfect place to do that. Great staff mad it go smooth and the great view of the... More

Reasonable prices, fast service, the staff were trying to hard and sort of in your face. Like what can you say about the quality of a hamburger and fries?
