Quaint little spot in downtown St. John's with a nice atmosphere and local art. Laid back casual vibe. The food as far as vegan goes is very good. The Tempeh is seasoned very well. The poutine is DELISH with a side of Tempeh, one of my favourites... and I love the daily soups! I go for just dessert as well... More

I was walking along Duckworth street alone and hungry. The smells emerging from The Sprout drew me in. It was a warm summer evening and it was very hot inside. I choose to sit outside with a book. I was not is a hurry, I order the Pad Thai and was hoping for some interesting and creative juice concoction to... More

Very cute and charming atmosphere. Excellent, attentive servers. Hearty, fresh and yummy veggie fare! One feels very well cared for here. A special curry chick-pea soup was delicious and heart-warming. Pad thai was smoky and vinegary and fulfilling. Quirky but appropriate small selection of wines, beer and cocktails. Well worth your dining time!

Super relaxed, mellow atmosphere - servers are very laid back and calm. Nice place, but with small tables and kitchen at the back. Their pad thai is supreme - and their desserts are deadly! They have a vegan non-dairy cheese cake that is INCREDIBLE. Stop by for lunch or a light dinner. Prices are on the higher side, but definitely... More

It was refreshing to see a menu that I didn't need to scan over. There is no doubt about the quality and freshness of the food your being served. We enjoyed every moment of our meal. Wish I had more photos to share, next time. This is now one of my favourite place to eat in downtown St. John's, can't... More

I love this restaurant ever since my sister first introduced me to it less than a year ago. I never visit every time I'm in town. Great location, wonderful atmosphere, very comfortable, friendly staff and the food is lovely. The desserts can be hit or miss, but the main menu is refreshing and delicious and a welcome reprieve where decent... More

I love this place. Great friendly staff, cozy spot to eat, and great food. The salad is delicious, and the lentil burger is the best I've ever had. I'm always going back!

This is a great little spot to go out for lunch or dinner. The decor is cheerful, the staff efficient and friendly and the food is solid and good. Even non-vegans will be impressed. My friend and I also had a cupcake--amazing! It was really the best part. I'll definitely go back next time I'm in town.

The servers in this restaurant are sweet, quick, and try to do a good job. The warm colours of the interior with the decor of original art, create a welcoming ambience. The menu looks promising, with lots of choices Unfortunately he food was quite a disappointment, my $14 miso noodles bland and overly salty, with mushy noodles and vegetables under... More
