Came for the first time to this place 5 years ago, and never miss it every time I back in town. Hot bulgogi, crunchy gimbab among my favorites. Don't miss out on this excellent little spot!!

I was immediately turned off when I ordered a large glass of wine which I was told was 8 ozs but when it arrived it was clearly not even 6 ozs. I asked if it had been measured but it had not & @ nearly $10/glass I was somewhat taken aback. The server begrudgingly took my glass & returned with... More

I'd eat here every single day if I could. I can't get their bibimbap out of my miiiiind. I tried making it myself, but it wasn't the same. This place makes such delicious food! It's my favourite restaurant in downtown St. John's. I can't get enough of this place. The restaurant isn't decorated traditionally, it's mostly stuff the owner likes,... More

What a great spot! It's not pretentious, expensive or crowded. The menu is pretty extensive so ask for a recommendations if you are not familiar. The most popular dish is probably the stone bibimbap, which I am craving right now. Nice family setting but also perfect for a romantic meal or a fun time with friends.

We went out for a romantic meal, and were met by friendly staff but uninspired. No enthusiasm about the menu when asked what they recommend. I would say they put this place together on a tight budget or at least that is how it felt. Table was greasy and the condiments has dried on food (or at least I hope... More

After reading numerous reviews I decided to come here and was not disappointed. The menu is diverse. I ended up getting the Bulgogi Salad and the Soon Tofu. You can never go wrong with Bulgogi on lettuce. It was light and tasty. The soon tofu had all the right ingredients but it didn't seem dense enough compared to traditional soon... More

Stopped here for lunch as we were looking for something different. Place was empty but it smelled so good we decided to stay. Everything was absolutely delicious, and prices seemed fair givrn the quality. It was lacking ambiance, but perhaps it gets livelier at night.

I made a return trip to this restaurant since my last review, for my birthday with a large group of friends. I have to say, they've definitely improved! I was the only one at the table of 13 or so who had ever had Korean food before, and no one had anything bad to say. I am deeply in love... More

This was the last place we ate at in our travels around the city & I wish it had been my every meal. Everything about my meal was just so delicious, flavourful and fresh! We were a table of 4, plus my 10 month old daughter. A friend at the table has allergies to dairy & shell fish, but was... More
