Good sushi

Heard some good things about this restaurant from friends and others reviews. I visited there twice this week. The first time I had the salmon teriyaki bento lunch. Lots of food. Included miso soup but no rice. Tempura was fresh. Salmon was flaky and cooked perfectly. California rolls were... read more

We were looking for a filling meal that would not take a long time to prepare so that we could get back home to do homework. We ordered the veg Obento box. This came with a soup the sushi and a roll or noodle and ice cream there was so much food I couldn't finish it all. Everything was beautifully... More

We love Sense of Tokyo! We moved here from Toronto 9 years ago and we really missed sushi until Sense of Tokyo came along. I admit when they first opened, we would not have rated them 5 stars, but they are continually improving. They are now one of our favourite sushi places, and definitely in the top 3 restaurants in... This is my favorite restaurant! I love everything they make. My favorite is a bento box, but really, you can't go wrong at this place.

Reviewing once more. I have been to Sense of Tokyo 3 times since Feb (lucky me). Each time, food was immaculate and service was pretty much perfect. Each food item you order, is always expertly prepared and beautifully presented. I had new experience and had the 5 course meal. Highly recommend to those who like to try new things and... More

Diverse menu items, Fresh ingredients and a cosy atmosphere with warm, friendly service keep us coming back to this restaurant. We try to have something different every time, but rainbow roll, angry tuna and the sushi pizza are favourites.

This is my favourite place to eat in Saint John. It's cute, cosy and has good service - but it's the sushi rolls that will keep you going back again and again. They are so good. Plus you can take friends who aren't into sushi as they have delicious noodle bowls and fried noodle or rice dishes. Who doesn't like... More

I stumbled upon this great little place by chance because in the neighbourhood it was either there or Tim Horton's for a quick Saturday lunch... and of course I chose sushi! And since then I have kept on hearing people recommend this restaurant, or say it was their favourite place for sushi in Saint John. And I have to say,... More

This is a small place and reservations are recommended. Friendly service, cute decor and very good sushi. I generally don't like miso soup but I ate the whole bowl here. We were given a cup of tea as soon as we sat down. We had the lunch bento box and it was fabulous. We also shared the sushi pizza which... More
