Excellent as usual. Starting with the service, waiter was excellent and genuine. Not the faking nice type, naturally nice. The food was awesome, from the SomTum, to the Pad Thai and Massaman Curry. The red curry was great too, just hot enough.

I used to love Splash. My girlfriend and I would go there nearly every Friday night for a few years. In the past 12 months, this restaurant has gone steeply down hill. We no longer go, except for every few months to see if they have improved and unfortunately they have not. Date: 2014.09.11 The problem is their Pad Thai... More

So everyone kept telling us that Splash was amazing. Well the ambiance and interior is amazing but nothing else. The food was very bland and both the calamari and scallops were over cooked and chewy. The pad Thai was greasy and flavourless. If you want good Thai I recommend Lemongrass...not here. I won't be going back.

Honestly just wanted some nice strong flavours but we were both very pleasantly surprised with the flavour and spice of the food. Started with the tom yum and got the drunken noodles which my other half finished on the ferry ride to Digby. So delicious! We would go back if ever in the area! P.s. Portion sizes are large.

We ordered the red curry, spinach stir fry and the broccoli noodles. Only the curry dish had any flavour. The portions are huge - a family of four can easily get by on two menu choices. We were staying at a hotel without a fridge and they had to throw out almost half of our food.

For a starter we had the Thai Calamari and for a main I had the Green Curry with chicken and Thai eggplant. The calamari had a wonderful curry flavour embedded in the crispy coating. The portion was generous and more than enough for two people. It came with the standard sweet chili dipping sauce and was served on a bed... More

An excellent and varied menu. We tried three dishes, all were delicious, the mango curried chicken was exceptional. Portions are very big so if you are from away you may want to share a dish.

The food is always great there. All the different thai curries available with choice of meat or seafood. I've always liked their SomTum (thai salad), but ever since I have started making my own thai cole slaw at home, I find theirs very bland. There used to be more dressing in the salad and the dressing had more kick. The... More

My family and I visited the restaurant during our stay in Saint John because we were dying to eat something Asian and spicy after a week of North American staples. The service was fast and excellent. The food was not all that bad. But our main complaint was the excessive use of coconut milk in the curries. Too much coconut... More

We encountered this place in a small strip mall by chance on our recent trip to New Brunswick. SOOOOOO glad we stopped in! My first impression was dimly lit, yet fashionable, interesting wall fountain and a responsive and friendly hostess. I always inquire if they can accommodate my dietary needs, and the hostess responded quickly and accurately to my inquiry.... More
