Description: The Pump House Restaurant & Brewery was opened as a brewpub in downtown Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada in 1999 by Shaun Fraser and his wife Lilia. We debuted in style with the first new beer of the new Millenium. Today, 15 years later, The Pump House is going stronger than ever. With many different styles of craft beer and seasonal beers on tap and our sought-after forno pizzas, buffalo burgers, pastas and varying appetizers and salads etc. On our menu, we have created a home away from home for locals and visitors alike. We have a mug club for those that are really into craft beers and an app for our tech-savy patrons to keep in touch about specials, events, discounts and so on. We love Moncton and take pride in being here and being part of the community. The Pump House Restaurant looks forward to serving you!

Nice micro brewery with nice selection of craft beers. Food was average and service a little on the slow side.

Pumphouse is a unique Moncton resto and is a great spot to visit for out of town guests. All beer is brewed on the premises and they even sell it to go. Blueberry ale is my favorite with real blueberries floating around in it. A must try! Food is decent and they have a wood pizza oven on site. If... More

I was visiting the city of Moncton the other night and my friend took me to "pumps" for supper and a few drinks. The restaurant, which is also a pub, is located downtown, next to the "main". There is an unexpensive parking lot in front of the place, and you can easily walk from there to the other locations to... More

You can't go wrong with a visit here if you like Micro Brewed beer and pub style food. I was in around Chrismas time and the place was packed, I sat at the one seat left at the bar. Ordered the Biere de Garde which is very tasty and their pizza on special which was Spicy Mushroom Chicken. I've been... More

Love the pizza and the beer on tap is wonderful. Nice patio in the summer is lovely and they have a seasonal beer. Especially the pumpkin beer in the Fall.

The brewed in-house beer was wonderful, and I am not a big beer fan. My only complaint was they would not prepare a pizza with half a topping on one side with a different topping on the other side. I've never encountered that before. I settled for wings which were overdressed. They do sell their beer in 6 packs to... More

A part of a great meal is the atmosphere, service and company -- we had a fantastic time. We ordered the Pumphouse platter ( I think that is what it is called) as an appetizer and that was a good start for the meals. Three of us had the steak while my wife had a turkey/chicken club sandwich. sides included... More

Pioneers of home brew in New Brunswick the Pumphouse has a large selection of beers and ales. Their Scotch Ale and Firechief Red Ale are great. The food is standard pub fare but in large generous portions. The oven baked pizza is awesome and their spinach and artichoke dip with beer bread is great for sharing. There is something on... More

Pump house makes one of the best home brew. They were the pionners of home brew in New Brunswick. The Scotch ALE is DEEEELicious. Their firechief red ale as well. Their stout is so impressionable WOW. Don't go with their blondes, they're harder than the reds-browns. Even their Pale Ales, they hit you in the face with strong smells and... More
