Great family restaurant with great food and excellent service ..........and the also make a great pizza ~!
We were a group of 14 people there, combination of adults and children, all there for a child's birthday meal. For a large group, the wait was not that bad, the food came out within 5 minutes of starting. Everything was hot and very good. Service got a little slow after the food came out but they made up for... More
One of the best places I have ever eaten. Hearty portions and excellent taste. Lots of care went into our meal. Prompt service and courteous staff made for a great experience. Will be back for sure next time we are in the area!
WE hadn't been in Vito's for years.Took two ladies for lunch. There was nothing Italian about the flavors. We had three different dishes ,one gnocchi. My wife couldn't eat it .I gave her my Lagsagna but I couldn't eat it.Kinda a sour taste.I sent it back which I hate to do anyway but especially not with guests. The lasagna & cannelloni were eatable. They seemed... Went there tonight and I'm really pleased with the food and the service. Had Lasagna and Garlic bread! But having an Italian restaurant where you can order Greek recipes, the menues are with Greek symbols and at the same time there's American country music playing? This kinda destroyed my evening... In total I'm still quiet pleased.
I have to agree with rob d's review the wife and I went for dinner and I order the sausages and she order the pizza the waiter said everything italian well isn't this a pizza place I thought that was strange I got my sausages and they were not that good did not taste home made and the pizza had... This restaurant was a favorite of ours when we lived in the Maritimes - 19 years ago. Can't get past the spaghetti with meat sauce. That is what we had then and that is what we had now. The sauce tastes exactly the same.! Total comfort food!.
We were very skeptical about this restaurant given the dated appearance from the outside. The inside was consistent with the exterior, but not necessarily in a horrible way. The interior doesn't look like it's been updated since 1969, when it opened. There's something oddly charming about that. The kitschy fake stone walls and campy Mediterranean vibe would have made this... More
Wonderful staff, and great service. This restaurant has been around in Moncton for many years and has survived for a reason. They have a tasty. unique sauce that is an original recipe. They serve spaghetti, pizza, lasagna and much more. They also provide take out. You can get a nice a huge single size lasagna frozen for a very reasonable... More
Wow...where do I begin? Our family has lived in the Moncton area for about 5 years or so and last night was our first time at Vito's. We tried to visit on previous occasions but found the parking lot to be swamped so we drove on. The service was quick and attentive and our waiter was very friendly and personable.... More
