I decided to try this restaurant based on the reviews found here despite previous bad media attention they've received. I ordered take-out using the menu found here. When I showed up, I noticed that I was being overcharged for one of my dishes. I mentioned this and was told that the prices had gone up. I paid and waited for... More

Try the squid in hot pepper salt or the spicy fish soup for something different...or the crispy beef, curry dishes, General Tao chicken...We have had these dishes many times over and will continue to go back. Always happy with this great place and friendly service - though we always order take out, so can't comment on eat-in experience!

Staff was unfriendly and the service was very slow. Normally, I can ignore poor service for the cost of good food, but the food was not what I expected. This is NOT like the authentic Chinese you would get in Toronto or Vancouver. Avoid this place.

The food was very good but what made us enjoy the restaurant the most is the waitress. I very nice person, interrested in our appreciation of what we ate.

My fiance and I stopped through Fredericton on our way home and were just looking for a place to spend the night. We luckily stumbled upon Skyline motel as it was neighbours with this gem! As a Chinese-Canadian from Vancouver, I am picky with my Chinese food and was slightly worried seeing one of the only Chinese restaurants east of... More

If you are looking for authentic Chinese food in Fredericton, this is it. I spent some time in China, and after moving to the Maritimes, I searched a long time for a restaurant that would do more than standard Chinese-Canadian dishes (chicken meat balls and the like). The chef at Madarin Palace is professionally trained, and it shows, the dishes... More

The Mandarin is by far tops in Fton ,have been there many times and wont hesitate to go back . At times stories are blown far out of proportion Tina just thought she was helping someone & didn't understand . The food is hot well prepared and restaurant clean , I would rather eat here than some of the dirty... More

Just moved here from London, Ontario (shout out to Jay's Garden Chinese food!) and was looking for my new Chinese place. Mandarin Palace got good reviews on Trip Advisor so I thought I would check it out. Either a) We are very spoiled in Ontario, b) MP was having an off night, or c) The food is just really really...
