I was here with a large group of people for business. The restaurant is quite beautiful with an interesting layout. I had the chicken carbonara to eat and it was quite good -not too saucy and the pasta was cooked perfectly. I was surprised that I wasn't given a spoon to eat my meal and that I had to ask,... More

we had planned on going elsewhere, but ended up at BrewBakers and were very pleasantly surprised. Great decor; good service. Two of the draft brews we tried were very smooth and delicious. I had the maple curry penne which was really good, my husband had the beef-lamb bologna she, which was also very tasty.

We had several recommendations for dinner and chose to follow a tip from a person we met while shopping. My wife and I had the seafood linguine and lobster risotto, which were both very good.

Great service, good selection of wine and the meals were tasty and reasonably priced. Arrived in the city, that evening, and was taken to BrewBakers my a local who stated not many dining establishments, in Freddy, are open Sunday nights. Glad this one was.

Those familiar with the Fredericton dining will know that choices are very limited (ie fine dining is a restaurant without a drive thru window). With that context, Brewbakers is quite good. They have a very good wine list and our waitress knew a bit more than the basics about her wines. She also knew how to properly present, taste and... More

Went for lunch. The choices we limited and the seafood pasty tasted runny and bland, however the strawberry green salad was fresh and tasty. Perhaps the dinner menu will be more interesting. The staff were very patient and friendly

This was a group lunch on July 21 to celebrate the birthday of my friend's mom. There were 8 of us. As soon as we sat down on the patio we were overwhelmed by the smell of rotting meat (roadkill, garbage, whatever it was, it was pungent) we looked at each other, mentioned it to the waitress who casually agreed with... Just average. You can get better food at a better price elsewhere in town. Great service though! Cool open kitchen design too.

Great mushroom and goat cheese risotto. Unfortunately, the server didn't bring me any bread or water. When I mentioned this, his excuse was he usually worked daytimes. Feeble!! No attempt to compensate me for this. This has happened two of the last three times I have been here. Time for these folks to pull up their socks. There is new... More
