Always a very nice place to eat. Wine selection is usually very good as well. They usually have some very good selections which are difficult to find in provincial wine stores.

Went for a celebratory dinner with family. Four different apps, four mains, couple bottles of red, half dozen cocktails. Not a cheap dinner. It was decent. The service was extremely friendly and attentive, but a little slow. (It seemed a busy Saturday night.) The food was delicious. While my steak was slightly overcooked, everyone else was content their meals was... More

Had a wonderful experience at dinner last Sunday night, nice cosy place, the food was excellent. I ordered the Butternut squash risotto, which had I very pepper taste. The waitress, Jolie, and she explained that the pancetta was smoked and had a pepper taste. The friendly kichen staff (which is open concept) replaced it without the pancetta and it was... More

Went there with two other couples. All of us ordered something different. I had the calamari and the special which was chicken supreme on risotto that had Brussels sprouts and sausage mixed in.... Delicious. All other guests loved their meals. We were sat in this small private table and it created an excellent atmosphere. The only thing to know about... More

I hadn't been here in a while, but when I had the opportunity to take a young friend and her 8-month old daughter out to lunch, this is where we went. Not every restaurant welcomes babies, but boy-oh-boy were we ever made to feel welcome (mind you, our little charmer was full of smiles and extremely well behaved - then... More

Food was good, service was good and the restaurant was very enjoyable. Had the maple curry chicken penne...it was good despite the abnormal ingredients. I would definitely make it a regular stop when traveling.

We chose this place because it had grilled calamari on the menu and we weren't disappointed. Served in a tomato and spinach sauce, it was some of the best calamari I've had. We also shared the scallops, also good. Service was good, wine selection was good. The whole thing made for a very pleasant evening.

Have been coming to Fredericton for about a decade, several times a year. There are about half-dozen really nice restaurants in city core (not bad for a city of this size). BrewBakers is our old faithful- given it's size (and the extra outside eating during the summer), one can usually get a seating even without a reservation (though it still... More

I was here with a large group of people for business. The restaurant is quite beautiful with an interesting layout. I had the chicken carbonara to eat and it was quite good -not too saucy and the pasta was cooked perfectly. I was surprised that I wasn't given a spoon to eat my meal and that I had to ask,... More
