This was our first trip to Fredericton and after reading some good reviews we decided to try Wolastoq Wharf for lunch. The first impression upon arriving wasn't much but we received a friendly greeting and were impressed by the clean, attractive atmosphere. My wife had the lobster roll and enjoyed it very much. I had the Seafood Poella, which the... More

Just ate here for the first time ever. Shared a great seafood chowder, then had a superb tuna entree. The garlic leek side was incredible. My wife had the seafood pasta, and was blown away by how much seafood was included. We'll be back for sure!

Being from coastal NB, my husband and I love seafood! Because of the Harvest Jazz Blues Festival, it was difficult to get a reservation on Fredericton South Side which pushed us to try this restaurant on the North Side. We went because of the reviews and the on line menu. Our experience was okay, but we would have loved to... More

Just came back from this restaurant after randomly driving by while lost. Lucky for us, they had room. I had the Seafood Fettucine which was chock full of scallops, large shrimp, lobster and clams. Absolutely delicious! My husband was happy I couldn't finish it so he could enjoy it as well. He had the parm pan fried haddock which came... More

After checking the location of this place, I figured it would have a view of the water or at least some nice scenery. In fact it felt like a makeshift fine dining makeover done to an old burger restaurant shell. Don't get me wrong, it's nice.. I just expected more based upon the high rating and the name etc. I... Food and service was fantastic and the atmosphere was really good and relaxing. Very enjoyable. Everyone should try it out and get the Carrot Cake, its $8 but it was big and delicious tasting.

It is my first time visiting Fredericton and I wanted seafood while I was here. We are from BC where seafood is in abundance, but a different kind of seafood. Wolastoq was recommended by friends but they had never had been before, so it was new to all of us. I have to say everything was exceptional from the décor,... More

After initially not getting seated on Friday night with no reservations my wife and I stopped by for lunch. She had the paillia, which was excellent and packed with seafood at kust $14. I had the seafood sampler appetizer as a meal, which was also excellent. I got a few fries and would suggest the oisters made rockafeller style. This... More

Visiting family and stopped into this restaurant on a weekday mid-afternoon for a late lunch. Had heard good things about this restaurant. It turns out to be all true. It is a large, bright, very clean, airy room with a water art feature in the room. The extensive menu focusses on fish. The fish & chips entree is a huge... More
