Love this spot, never been for dinner, only lunch, but I live on the west coast, and this is typically one my lists of Winnipeg haunts that I need to go before I head back west to the land of endless sushi spots. In my opinion its WAY WAY better than the overpriced and overrated Wasabi. The staff are pleasant,... More

Service was a little slow. The sushi was good but it didn't "wow" me. Staff was polite and friendly. I'd consider going back.

I had lunch here and enjoyed it very much. A few things I look for in a Japanese restaurant: they serve their sashimi and sushi at room temperature and not cold out of the fridge, they serve my favourite Uni sushi. Yujiro meet those, plus service is prompt and attentive, not overbearing, and prices are quite reasonable. I would definitely... More

Love it, love it, love it. I am never disappointed and I have been going to Yujiro Sushi for 14 years. Amazing quality sushi. A must try eating experience!

The quality of rolls and fish was very good. Service was good and very friendly even though it was busy. I was excited to see a very large menu with a large variety of rolls, special dishes and fish types that you don't find many places. I didn't get to try everything I wanted to, so I'll be sure to... Really good sushi served at Yujiro. It is pricey but worth it. We don't go there often as it is expensive for sushi. The raw fish and some of their signature rolls are excellent.

Stopped here for supper while on business. Had the special one night and went off the menu the second night. There is a nice bar that faces the cooks. Perfect for dining alone. Food was good. Serbice was good. Highly recommend

We had the Bento box, and a rice dish. It was perfect. The check for lunch for two, with soft drinks was $27. Fair.

This restaurant was recommended to me from a co-worker who knows her sushi. We visited on Oct 31, 2012 There specials menue have no details on it whatsoever. When my fiance ordered the Kobe beef for $15 he was surprised when he received one ounce of raw beef. Cooking it yourself on hot stone is cool, but he was surprised.... More

A "family-type" run business with hard-working employees. The size of the restaurant lends itself to a nice ambiance. The quality of the food has always been superb on each visit. Reservations are highly recommended. Lots of take out orders, always busy - these two indicators tell you the food is good!
