We had a wonderful time here. The food is wonderful and made fresh. I really enjoyed the pupusas. Very friendly staff and wonderful little restaurant.

It's buried in a suburban strip mall but the atmosphere is terrific. From service to social media to a guitar playing troubadour on Weds and Sat. Was slightly disappointed that overall I found the food a little bland (although not the jalapeño soup on a hot day!). One order was also incorrect when it arrived so one of our party... More

This is a hidden (El Salvadorian) gem in south Winnipeg. Live entertainment on Wed. and Sat. evenings. The menu has combination platters that can accommodate vegan diets for $15-18. The only thing this restaurant is missing is Gluten Free options. Everything is hand made, the service is impeccable despite it being a smaller staff which seem to be family. The... More

The food at this restaurant is really amazing. Great atmosphere as well as very friendly staff. They have a small outdoor patio which you can sit on if you want. It is a small little place so just walking in and trying to get a seat may be difficult and may result in really long wait times or the possibility... More

I was originally brought here by friends for a birthday dinner and wasn't sure to expect, not having had El Salvadorian food before. I was very pleasantly surprised! The menu has a lot of variety, though one of the best choices, especially for a first-timer, are the combination dishes so you can try a variety of different foods. The staff... More

A tiny little gem, book ahead for fri/sat. Food is prepared with care which is why it sometimes takes awhile but well worth the wait. Friendly staff and Mariachi on weekends. The bean and cheese pupusa and beef enchilada are two of my favourites but the 3 cheese and beef soft enchilada tortilla is also worth a try! A staple... More

The food here is so delicious and homemade. I've really enjoyed the sampler platters, as well as the chicken burrito. There's a bit of wait as the food is all made from scratch but it's well worth it.

Don't know why this restaurant gets good reviews. We paid for a litre of wine for $10 more than else where to start. I ordered a Tortila chip apetizer. It had 10 chips on the plate cheese some puréed beans sauce and a small amount of fried beef also on the side. I also ordered gucomole on the side which... More
