Lovely, clean little place. Service was very prompt and friendly, offering a large menu selection including 3 varieties of soups and several different salads. The 'Light Fare' 1 skewer chicken souvlaki was more than enough, with a large Greek Salad to start, garlic bread, lemon potatoes and carrots for $14.99 All was delicious, an amazing salad. So good, I bought... More

We went recently twice and enjoyed excellent salads/pizza and the very best succulent chicken souvlaki tasted in Winnipeg. The service is as good as the food. We drive right across Winnipeg to dine here. We don`t mind as we know what we`re getting at this restaurant...........just the best of everything! Tourists I highly recommend this place.

This is one of my favourite family restaurants in Winnipeg. It is large enough to give you a variety of food and small enough for an intimate atmosphere. The Greek lamb chops are superb and full of flavour, although everything we have had there has been good. A must try for Winnipeg

I thought the food was a bit expensive, but after eating there it was top notch. A clubhouse sandwich and 2 cups of lemon rice soup with fries was enough for two people, fries are home made and tasty. The staff could have been a bit more friendly as it was not busy. But it was OK service.

We have dined at this restaurant a few times. It is a nice place to visit for lunch as well as an evening meal. The décor is very pleasant with a Greek theme with well spaced tables. The service is friendly. We have had the Greek ribs, gyros and the sandwiches. They take note if you want more or less... More

We just returned from 3 weeks in Greece where every restaurant is either excellent or they won't get any return business. We decided to start trying every Greek restaurant in the city of Winnipeg. We have always enjoyed Nikos on Corydon, but tryed this one for a change. We went during a lunch and found the restaurant was very quiet.... More

I recently visited Pappas with my family. We were celebrating my mom's birthday and chose this restaurant after seeing the recent review that was published in the Winnipeg Free Press. My mom and I opted to try the Pappas platter for two ($55.99) as it offers a wide selection of greek cuisine to sample, and is also a large portion.... More

First time there....definitely not our last time. We had a marvellous, fabulous thin crust pizza far superior to anything we have ever had in Winnipeg. The last time I had a pizza this good was in the 70`s on Davie St. in Vancouver. Windows/doors/ interior so clean this place was a treasure. Our server was friendly and efficient. We rate... More

Just finished our first dining experience at Pappas. BBQ ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender and the lemon potatoes, carrots and Greek salad were amazing. My husband had the pork souvlaki and deep fried shrimp special. Another dynamite meal. Hits the top of our dining list in Winnipeg.

What a lovely place! We were greeted by a young woman and shown to our seat. There were five of us and we had a reservation. Then we were given menus and advised of the daily special: Greek style ribs rubbed with lemon, oregano and their own seasoning for $16.99 . This included soup- vegetable pasta or lemon or Greek salad.... More
