Best Burger Anywhere

I know people who come in from across the country who say the same thing. The Wip has the best burgers by any standard. I recently visited a place in Florida rated as one of the top ten best burger joints in the U.S. It didn't even come close to the Wip's Fat Boy. The chilli and the seasonings in... read more

Ordered 2 milkshakes and a poutine. Came to 20.00. The shakes were watered down. The fries were under cooked. The service was horrible. Rather eat at the soup kitchen then here again.

A living legend here in Winnipeg I grew up on this place. Best Fatboy and beat chili fries. Don't pass through Winnipeg without stopping in.

I really love the fatboy here, it's by far my favourite in the entire city. The fries are great too!!

Love their food. Have been going there for years. You have to try the fat boy and the hot dogs. Both are favorites of mine. Looking forward to my next visit.

The burger was sordid and nasty, it was grey tasteless unseasonably meat in an unappetizing bargain store bun. Rather like eating dog dirt from the local park. Some people are into that, I'm not.

This place has been the best place to go for burgers & fries in the province for as long as I can remember. It's a must visit!

If you remember the Saturday Night Live skit with the line "cheeseburger, cheeseburger,...Pepsi, No Coke!", you will think you have found the place. These guys are amazing in how they remember multiple special orders. Menu is limited but this is a burger joint so that's what they make; burgers, and fries. and a few other things but those are the... More

Every time I return to Winnipeg, this has to be my first stop as I've never experienced a meal like this in any other city. Between all the great independent burger joints in the area, this might be the best one.
