We went here on Saturday with another couple. None of us had been to Mongos before and must say that we were pretty impressed . It was nice to be able to pick and choose what we liked. Once you have your bowl filled you take it up to the cooks and they cook right in front of you .... More

We were meeting family for lunch at the Kenaston location. We had the stir fry. Very reasonable pricing. No liquor at this restaurant. Lots to choose from for lunch and dinner. A large variety of vegetables and meats. They also serve soup and salad. The only thing is, is that you have to put what you want in your bowl... More

Have been going here for years, and it's never let me down. Great value, and the food is always great. Plenty of veggies, meats, and sauces to choose from. Highly recommend checking this place out. Only word of warning is that they really push their over priced soft drinks. Stick to water and lunch comes in at $13 with tax.

Went here with 4 members of my family and we all had just the one bowl @ 15.49 each except one, they chose the unlimited at a cost of 3.50 on top of the $15.49. We each had a soft drink and our bill was just shy of $108.00. We've had much better dinners at other buffets and restaurants at... More

We went here on a Friday night and boy, the place was packed! Once we were seated, we were directed to fill our bowls with as much as we could with the large variety of meats, fish, and veggies that they offer. Then, you choose your sauces and oil and proceed to watch them cook it in front of you.... More

Impressed! Great food, friendly service and a fun atmosphere! We had a big group of people (13) and even though they don't take reservations on weekends and the restaurant was full, they still got us seated quickly. It helped that I called ahead and they put us on the "heads up" list for large parties.

The taste of the food depends largely on you. If you are incapable of knowing anything about spices, clumsy and can not make a decision, this restaurant is not for you. It is also not for you if you have a sense of entitlement and want to be served. Averagely priced and capable of more trips to the buffet for... More

Saw this little place close to our destination, not knowing at all what to expect, and definitely found something different. Build your own stirfry, with the other options being soup and salad bar. They have an amazing selection of veggies, meats and sauces to create your meal from. The chefs are friendly end entertaining as they cook it. Good sized... More

The food is excellent, healthy, and nutritious. But I've noticed that if you have a big appetite, you have to be part engineer - part architect to stack your food into your bowl if you want to get the most out of your dining experience. I've seen people using the frozen meats as a foundation to extend the edge of... More
