Eating at Tre Visi is like eating at a restaurant in some mid-size town in Italy - friendly, lots of locals, good food, fast kitchen, decent service. If you want a consistent experience, predominantly fresh/local menus (except for the seafood of course - you're in Winnipeg after all), and a comfortable dining experience, Tre Visi is a great choice. In town on business and tried to go here before but it was booked. This time not busy at all, didn't need a reservation but had made one just in case. The food is very good, not a huge menu which is sometimes a good sign. I had Cioppino, a dish I often order and friend had the Mushroom Ravioli.... More

In my opinion great restaurants consistantly pull together multiple elements to offer guests a terrific overall experince. I chose this restaurant because of the reviews on TA (and I generally enjoy Italian), but was quickly applauded for the choice by some of my Winnipeg friends because of their previous experiences. We were not disspointed. Being able to accept a reservation... More

Several friends and I booked a table at Tre Visi for a pre theatre meal on April 23/2014. While I am not a huge fan of Italian Food, there were several choices on the menu that took my fancy. I started with the Calamari Appetizer, which was delicious with a light crispy batter and tender rings of Calamari. This was... More

What a great place! Not too huge so the noise level was not crazy. Wonderful serving staff and very tasty meal. Everything was fresh and delicious with amazing light touch. Gluten free pasta was absolutely perfect...hard to do for most, it seems. My not GF friend was amazed. Chicken and several varieties of mushrooms in sauce were tender and flavourful.... More

This little known, hole in the wall italian place was very well reviewed so with my better half we decided to visit. I've been to italian restaurants large and small, and sampled a plethora of dishes. This place fell rather flat for me. First, nearly every italian place has some sort of bread served to you. Tre Visi's was mediocre... More

I can't believe how many people in Winnipeg don't know this place exists. Just dined there on a Wednesday night before a concert at the MTS centre so possibly busier than usual, but food and service still first class. Have dined there before and always an excellent experience, from food to service to ambiance. Ignore the negative reviews, which seem... More

Yup....my weakness is truly Italian food...and Tres Visi offers up some of the best available in Winnipeg. As soon as you step foot in the restaurant your taken care of and seated right away. I highly suggest making reservations so you won't be heart broken. The service was great and meals were even better...try it you won't be disappointed !!

I had a wonderful time at tre visi with my entire family. The service was very accommodating and knowledgeable about wine pairing and food ingredients. The atmosphere was warm and cozy Everyone enjoyed their meal. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Winnipeg.
