Celebration meal, but was not enjoyable, other guests did not enjoy or finish meal either. Sauce tasted "off" and food was salty to point of hypertension. When I commented to the duty manager, about the sauce (hunter chicken) he did inquire, after explaining the sauce does taste "earthy" even though I said it tasted sour ( I was a professional... More

Dined here with family. Started with the calamari. Portion was small and was mostly breading. Greek salad was really good and had lots of feta. Ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. Pasta was of low quality and sauce was bland. Was like glorified cafeteria food. Service was pretty good but the food was well below expectations. The restaurant is probably well... More

If your down at the Forks, maybe looking for a place to take out of town guests while you're there, then the Old Spaghetti Factory is the perfect place to wrap it up. I usually get there once or twice a year. I very seldom wait long to get in , even without a reservation. The service is always fast... More

The service is always very good, the staff very friendly and the food tastes great. I have found the front hostesses to be a bit too relaxed (talking about personal things) and slightly unprofessional but not every time. If you are a spaghetti lover, you'll no doubt have dozens of options to try and find it hard to choose just... More

I have some food allergies and eating out in restaurants is challenging. Years ago we ate at this restaurant and had a VERY good meal. We tried to repeat it at The Old Spaghetti Factory in Banff and it was very bad. So I approached this meal with some nervousness. It started out bumpy with the hostesses telling us that... More

We go occasionally and are always pleased. The portions are generous enough that we will order an extra soup and share the entree. Good for family outings without breaking the bank.

I went during lunch. Since I had never been there before I figured I should get "spaghetti" because of the name. I was disappointed with my meal. I had the lunch portion and requested mushrooms. I was expecting fresh cooked mushrooms only to end up with canned :( The sauce that came with the spaghetti barely covered the spaghetti. Since... More

The title pretty much says it all. "Good food Cheap"! Nothing fancy, but a fun place to go. Especially good for families with kids.
