We went here a couple years ago, and recalled how great it was, and we came here again, hoping the quality hadn't changed. It hasn't. The service was prompt and friendly, the food was fresh and delicous. The burgers were amazing, so flavourful and juicy! The prices are great too, we paid less than we would have at 5 guys... More

Stopped in while crossing Winnipeg, on our way to the airport. Lucky for us --- we found quality. We had the Classic Breakfast at 4 pm and loved it. I do prefer the marinated coleslaw over the creamy style & that's what they serve. This diner is super clean; the service is super friendly and efficient; the prices can't be... More

Terrific fried chicken/great fries/good crisp salad and great service! Very clean. It was recently renovated. We called ahead and chicken was served within 3 minutes of us being seated. Server who has been there 10 years brought me another cold water without being asked. I love great service and got it!. They use peanut oil so cannot bring my grandson... More

Seems to be a Winnipeg hidden gem and favourite to many. I obviously had high expectations going in but the food was just okay. What you'd expect from any average burger joint.

Upon the recommendation of my waitress,I ordered the lot-o burger with fries and coleslaw. The bun itself was huge but the beef patty was tiny, less than half the size of the bun. The chili on the burger tasted nice. The fries were cold and soggy but I ate them because I was hungry. The coleslaw tasted very vinegary and... More

Stopped here on Sunday over lunch (open 9-2 Sundays). Had the Lot-O-Burger or commonly known as a Fat Boy. Tasted awesome. The chili on the burgers are fantastic. I had the chili cheese fries on the side and they weren't as good. They opted to use cheese slices for the cheese on the chili cheese fries which wasn't what I... More

I have eaten here many times over the years. Omelettes are great. The gyro platter is good and comes with a heap of fries and small Greek salad. You can choose beef lamb chicken or vegetarian. The gyro itself is a bit bland. Always seem to get the same friendly waitress. She is a gem. It has a typical diner... More

The staff are friendly, the food is always fresh, and the sizes are great. I go here with family for Saturday breakfast and have eaten here for burgers and fries. Cole slaw is super tangy and very good. The place is more like a diner than anything else. These types of places are getting harder and harder to find.

If you are looking for a burger and more joint in Winnipeg this is a hands down joint to check out. Prices are VERY reasonable and you get A L O T to eat. Come hungry. This 50's style diner is a family favourite. We only started going there 2 years ago because word of mouth had alot of praise.... More
