Gluten Free burgers

I was amazed at the knowledge of the waitress! Many gluten free options, and they were very knowledgeable on the risks of cross contamination. Which means none of their fries as they are done in the same cooker as chicken fingers. The beef burger had bread in it but all the other options are... read more

I had the ultimate omelette and a coffee which was very good. My son had the eggs Benedict and a coffee. Came to $47 including tax and tip. Seems steep for breakfast. It was good though.

The food is pretty good. For the price they should include a bread basket. Adding a normal soup like barly, chicken noodle would be better than potato bacon or borscht. Its like a maw and paw type place with modern dishes added. Great burgers and liver.

Enjoyed the restaurant. The pickerel was very good for it being out of season. Don't get the side of steamed vegetables (includes steamed celery). Apple pie wasn't that good. Filling was from canned apples and crust was mediocre.

I would like to be honest about this restaurant. In the past it had been quite a good place to eat. Eating lunches there as well as dinners, I really had nothing too bad to say. Service was friendly and prompt. However, this time was sadly different, and I do mean different. We went over Thanks Giving weekend. I wanted... More

We had yet another great meal at the Oakwood Cafe yesterday. My Mediterranean Pasta took my right back to Tuscany, with it's grilled pepper, fresh mushrooms, and loads of olives. Most restaurants skimp on the olives - not the Oakwood.. I had to start with the homemade borscht of course, which will convert even non-borscht lovers, I'm sure. (You can... More

It's definitely above average, especially their breakfasts and their unique selection of selections of french fries. Service is usually prompt and good. Atmosphere is so-so, the main room is nicer, the new expanded space is a bit dark without windows. Some of the entrees and burgers are pretty stellar as well. I eat there often, and there's a reason for... More

we love this place. The food is always good and the staff are super friendly. Either for lunch or dinner you have great selections and very reasonable prices.

Reservations accepted. Large group of us met for breakfast. Individual bills automatically given. Service was pleasant and efficient, and we were not rushed at all to leave. The menu is huge for breakfast and then they have a few breakfast specials. The half eggs Benedict was a perfect size and very good. The 2 eggs, fresh fruit cup (melon, pineapple,... More

Get there early or make a reservation. Parking available on the side streets and some in the mall lot. This place is busy. Average interior. Service was outstanding. Our waitress was friendly , eager to serve and quick. The menu has variety and breakfast is served until dinner hour. The clubhouse i had tasted super fresh. Ample portions. My friend... More
