My husband and I used to go here frequently for dinner. We always loved the food. Our favorites were always the beef ribs, nachos, and the chicken wings. Of course the side of corn too, beans however we always left untouched. We've not returned since the last few times we went, I hate to say it, but we left feeling... More

I had gone there once before with a group of friends, we had a reservation yet they seemed completely overwhelemed when we came there with 10 people. the whole time i felt like we were such a burden to them. decided to give it another try. nobody came to take drink orders and after the hostesses and servers had finally... I may be a bit biased because my daughter worked here, friends still work here and we visit once a week for "Trivia Night", a friendly trivia competition hosted by a local celebrity. With indoor dining and an outdoor patio (in summer, because its a bit tough to eat in 40 below temperatures) the weather may dictate your table choice.... More

If you're a tourist coming to Winnipeg and want to hang out somewhere lively for lunch or dinner, like at The Forks, this is a great spot to grab a bite to eat. Parking is close by, depending on the time of day and how busy the area is. The outdoor patio is fantastic for people watching, plus you're in... More

We really enjoyed the ribs and the casual atmosphere. The large windows make the restaurant bright and when the weather is warm you can sit at the patio and watch the world go by at the Forks market.

You probably won't walk away from here hungry or unsatisfied. My hubby and I had their pulled chicken and pork sandwiches. His came with fries and mine came with coleslaw and I substituted onion rings. The onion rings weren't my favorite as I thought they needed more seasoning...or it could have been a different variety of onion...but the sandwich and... More

As the first time I took my 13 old daughter for a outdoor experience at the forks it was terrible. The biggest thing was the rotten service, might as well been invisible. Head waitress and manager had no patience for us. Everything we ask for seen to a big deal and got defensive. Not nice service had our drink and... More

went there on our last trip to Winnipeg. Not what I expected, the ribs were tough, the sides were salty and my own burger was so salty it was pretty much inedible, the chilly didn't taste like "chilli" just salt. It is not somewhere I would suggest. Service was good, Nachos were ok, but the main course was overpriced and... More

Ordered ribs, they were tough and the sauce was baked on and scarce. The ribs did not cut well with a knife and the meat did not fall off the bone, chicken wings were tough. I will never go back here.

This restaurant was a pleasant place to take a guest who was staying at a nearby hotel at The Forks. The ribs were tasty but not as robust as other restaurants. The service was friendly. Lots of folks watching the hockey game on the monitors. So, good for friends to visit, but not for anything fancy.
