My family recently visited The Fusion Grill for the first time (and second time) after much encouragement from my husband who had eaten there a lot through work. Why did we wait so long!! The food was excellent, the service personal yet unobtrusive and the setting intimate. My only complaint was the chairs are a tad uncomfortable when you sit... More

Makes sense why this restaurant is one of Winnipeg's top 10 restaurants.. LOVED the food.. great atmosphere too.. pricey, but worth every penny.. Had salad to begin, then pasta that melted in your mouth, to a chocolate desert (was ok -that was probably the most disappointing).. wouldn't have desert again but will definitely be back for dinner! Just around the... More

Whenever we visit family in Winnipeg, we visit the Fusion Grill on Academy. We've even purchased Christmas gift certificates for family members here. The menu is fantastic and it changes seasonally. A farm-to-table dining experience, the menu selection is very eclectic and varied, as well as interesting. You can't go wrong with anything you order here and the chef and... More

My nephew and his bride held their wedding reception at the Fusion Grill on the weekend. I am not from Winnipeg and had never eaten at the Fusion Grill before, and sadly likely never will again. Everything about the Fusion Grill was fantastic, especially the meal. We had four appetizers, a beet salad, an entree and dessert. All were delicious.... More

This place is amazing! Not only was the food sublime, the customer service we experienced in this restaurant was second to none! The waiters were friendly, attentive very accommodating to our requests! I could not speak more highly of this restaurant! A true gem in Winnipeg!

From the moment we walked in the door we received warm welcome and friendly service. We shared 2 appetisers and one main course - all were excellent. I would love to work my way through entire menu! Highly recommend the pickerel cheeks with fennel and orange salad, perogies with duck sausage, and northern pike with mushroom croquette. Great first night... More

Have been twice for lunch and both times the food and the service were outstanding. Home made ravioli with a cream pesto sauce - artichokes, olives and more...... amazing food. So good, that I had it again next lunch. Service was attentive without being overbearing - very professional. Will definitely go again!

Dined with another couple for dinner. Started with the mussels, truffle perogies with duck sausage, pickerel cheeks and the dumplings. Great appetizers. Really love the dumplings and perogies. For mains we had paella, elk tenderloin and arctic char. The paella is - as always - awesome. Great fresh ingredients. Just the right amount of heat and a generous portion. The... More

We ended up on Academy for business and stopped in here for a light lunch. We had the quinoa and mushroom salad and feature soup with a different salad. Simple, fresh ingredients made for a enjoyable meal. One complaint is the cheap uncomfortable chairs but good food always trumps bad decorating in my books.
