Great New Years Eve Dinner

We have been waiting for some time to try this restaurant and finally got the chance on New Years Eve. We were first to arrive for what was no doubt a very busy night but the service and atmosphere was comfortable and not rushed. This was a birthday dinner with 5 in attendance. We were impressed with the Canadian wine list and selected wines from the Kelowna area and were not disappointed. The chat with the owner Scot was informative as to the selection off the menu and we enjoyed a tasty dinner. Although busy we were not rushed and spent a leisurely 4... More

Not my first time and definitely not my last. What a gem of a restaurant. I always find the menu pairings so interesting and tempting. It's hard to pick as they all sound so good. I find you can never go wrong with a bison selection from Fusion Grill. So tasty & served so picture perfect on your plate. Serving... More

My last day in the Peg. Wanted to check out a new burb. I was happy with this pick. Tues aft 1pm. I was the only soul. This made me nervous. But service was amazing. I monopolized her! And the food was refreshing. A soup & brisket sandwich. Quality food and very reasonably priced! If I ever come back to... More

We had heard from several friends that we needed to try this restaurant out and are so glad we did. We received a warm hello as soon as we walked in from our server Nina and that was our first clue that it was going to be a pleasant experience. All the items on the menu had a unique twist... More

Presentation of meal was excellent as was the wine selection. However the roast beef in sandwich was past prime time.

Hi Kathy, I read your review and thank you for the kind comments regarding presentation and all-Canadian wine list. My concern is your impression of the sandwich. From the description I believe you had the Reuby our re-working of the classic Reuben. We make our own corned beef for this item using 100% grass-fed beef from Arborg, Mb. For health... More

I know this restaurant has received mixed reviews of late but still decided to give it a try. Very glad I did. The pickerel cheek appetizer was melt in your mouth delicious. Both of our mains - homemade tagliatelle with artichokes and Arctic char with maple glaze were terrific.

Quiet spot for lunch the day we were there. Made a reservation but it wasn't necessary. Menu is quite small and one member of our party who has some allergies and health concern had trouble finding something to order. They were out of the duck pate which was her first choice. The chips and cheeks were okay but quite bland... More

The food is to die for at fusion grill. The pickerel was outstanding and the Arctic char amazing and the steak was sublime. Everyone at our table was in heaven. I loved the perogies and I normally don't like them or even order them. If you get a chance go go go to this restaurant. You won't be disappointed!

The Fusion Grill is a wonderful surprise. It has an unassuming interior and is located a bit out of the way if you are not a local . It is a labour of love for Scott - the owner and waiter. The ingredients he finds locally, the wines he finds in Canada. Finds is the operative word - he travels, tries,... More
