Our family went mid afternoon, I was a little disappointed with the selection of the lunch menu. The server was quick to allow me to choose something from the dinner menu, and redeemed the restaurant! Although still disappointed that Sauerbraten was not on the menu, the Rouladen was excellent. The rest of my family had an assortment of the Schnitzels... More

The Restaurant is known for the delicious German Food. We have been there twice recently and the group,(8) enjoyed the food and the friendly service very much. The food was well done and presentation very good. Price was reasonable and the left overs well worth taking home. One disappointment the "knuckle" is only served on the weekends. I will go... More

My review says 'average' but it really depends on when you go. For two people at the Saturday or Sunday lunch buffet, it is close to $70. The strudel was dry and tasted old, the cheesecake was the 'fake' kind. We weren't thrilled but there were a lot of people there who seemed pretty happy. The 2 for $75 Valentine... More

My husband is not keen on ethnic cuisine but he loved the Gasthaus. The atmosphere is great. The food is wunderbar! We came out so stuffed. We highly recommend it!

Our group used to go for the buffet and the food was amazing, everything was homemade from the bread to the perogies.......but after a change in management/ownership about two years ago the food quality is not the same! Period

From the moment you walk in everything is excellent, the waitress was very friendly the décor was beautiful and the food was out of this world, from the soups to the deserts and don't forget those fabulous Schnitzel

I have been here for brunch and for dinner, and the food was very good both times. The schnitzel platter and the weekend buffet are great ways of sampling multiple foods. The service was a bit slow, but the restaurant was packed, so it was understandable.

Attended this restaurant for a celebration for supper. Only one other table occupied. Waitress kept disappearing. Gave up on waiting for water. Waited at the til for the bill(that took a while). Hot, no air conditioning. Dark & gloomy. Food was average, nothing special. Very disappointed. Bistro Dansk way better!

I attended the restaurant Saturday May 17th around 6pm with three others. The restaurant itself really is getting to show its age and could use a makeover. All 4 main courses were ok although it took quite some time to arrive. The only real complaint I have is with the Scallop au gratin appetizer. The dish arrived at the table... More

We have been to this restaurant before and have always enjoyed our experience. However this last visit was astounding. We went as a group of 10, 7 adults, 3 kids under the age of 7. We were wisely seated at a table that was sectioned off on it's own, which allowed the kids to move around a bit without disturbing... More
