My husband and I sat at the bar overlooking the food prep because it was otherwise a 1.5 hour wait--It was fun to watch them make the food! We had some sort of potato fries which were excellent (how can you go wrong with potatos), the fried cod (which was ok, 3/5), Carpaccio very good, brussel sprouts (only ok, 3/5),... More

This is a great little place, we waited an 1 1/2 to get into this place since the waiting list was so large but let me tell you for a nice Saturday romantic dinner it is worth the wait. We had a serve named Andrew he knew the menu very well and the specials of the day and was a... More

I haven't even finished my meal, pulled pork taco, corned lamb tongue and I already know this is the best meal I have had in, at the very least, a year. The taco erupted in a swarm of flavours, sweet chasing savoury, and the lamb tongue exquisite in it's entirely too tender tenderness captured my entire mouth and struck my... More

I LOVE segovia. Each time we go the only words out of our mouths is "mmmm, this is so good." Their cheese boards are a must, as is their tomato bread. Although I do really miss the chocolate torte with cardamom ice cream and the churros with dipping chocolate, please bring these back. The current desserts are only ok.

In Winnipeg for a business/personal trip and my wife and I were looking for a beer and snack place and ended up here instead. The food was incredibly good. The Tapas were very good, as good as the better ones we had in Barcelona. Their own variations like the Tuna and the Beet dish were also delicious. Service was upbeat,... More

The food is varied and delicious, the service delightful and the atmosphere friendly and upbeat. We had the lamb, rabbit, scallops and calamari dishes. The rabbit was surprisingly spicy, which we enjoyed but might be too much for some people. Feel free to ask your waiter for explanations, they are very patient and enjoy trying to help you find things... More

My wife and I just experienced Segovia for the first time. Unbelievable! I can't believe this restaurant is in Winnipeg, and I can't believe I haven't visited it sooner. First, terrific location and ambience. Cool exterior. Tasteful and unique interior. Awesome wooden tables and rough hewn chairs. Perfect lighting. Service. Absolutely fantastic. Our waitress was genuinely friendly and a pleasure... More

My husband and I just had our fourth great experience at Segovia. The food is consistently great as well as the service being top notch. I recommend asking your server for suggestions; they're very helpful and I feel the waiting staff here are part of the great experience. The menu has changed since we had last been there and I...
