First of all, please note that it is a vegan "burger" joint. If you are a die-hard meat eater, and refuse to try something outside of the box, keep driving and find somewhere else to eat. For those who are looking to try something different, Boon Burger is for you! I had the Thanksgiving burger, which tastes like a full... More

I think my biggest takeaway from the Boon Burger Cafe is that there's no good substitute for a real burger. If you're a burger junkie, try this place just so you can say you did. I wouldn't go back though. The fries were disappointing and the burgers surprisingly bland. The communal table setup is pitched as a fun way to... More

This small local place handled our party of 20 with ease and professionalism. The food is delicious. I had the spicy buffalo burger. I liked it much better than the curry special. Their vegan menu is delicious (even though I'm not use to vegan food). They have delicious soft serve as well. The staff and food deserve an A+. Next... More

We tried it on the recommendation of my Daughter and the recommendation was certainly worthwhile. Large portions and very tasty. The Lemonade was great. Need to come back to try some of their other creations.

Found this place by accident when on holiday. So glad we did. Excellent little place. Everything veggie or vegan but honestly... Give it a go. I loved my burger and excellent chips. Fancy something fun and different? Go here.

...or is that three words? one of the rare places in Canada to find vegan soft serve. i've had chocolate and pumpkin on two occasions - always a must, even in winter... soy free no less - coconut milk base. the burgers are good, bean based instead of TVP, but too large to get your mouth around. i'd suggest thinner... I was visiting my Son and his wife, who are Vegans, and they asked me if I felt "daring" enough to try a Vegan Burger. I said "Yes, I will try anything"! It was the best Burger I have ever eaten!! I had the Thanksgiving Burger, yes that is what it was called, cause it had "Turkey" in it. Well!!... More

My cousin and I went to the Bannatyne location before going to a play at the MTC. Neither of us are vegetarians, but want to go somewhere close, and we were both thoroughly impressed. We both just ordered a burger, and we really needed nothing else as they are enormous. I had the Buddha burger which was fantastic. I loved... More

Not being a vegiatrian I wasn't expecting much. The food was decent, well prepared with fresh ingredients, decent options and topings. The burger it self was tasty but average. The fries had a nice twist by being sprinkled with seasame seeds instead of salt. Lots of great options for those trying to lead a sustainable, plant based lifestyle. If you're... More
