I planned to have dinner there for my sister's bachlorette party. We had a blast we had drinks and most of the appetizers on the menu. We had a blast laughing and getting to know one another. The chef of the restaurant was so nice that she have us a free appetizer as well to try out (one that we... More

Good food but expensive and the service can be very slow. Lttle is done for recompense when food is not up to par. Like going there but you pay for the privilige.

Hi, shoot, I always want every experience to be perfect and if not you should be compensated for sure. What a bummer. We are working on things and hopefully we can get it better for you next time if you would give us another chance. I would appreciate any specifics that you would like to offer. It helps with weeding... More

I have been to lady of the lake a handful of times. I keep coming back for the atmosphere. It's absolutely beautiful. But every time we come we get treated terribly by the staff. They ignore you when you walk in the door and are not kind of courteous once they do get around to serving you. It's a shame... More

Hi, I sympathize, I don't know what to say other than we are planning a big training session this week. I know it is managements responsibility to make sure this happens and we will work on that as well. It is very disappointing for me as well to think that we rely on staff to do their best and then... Food is just OK, while the bill (this seems to be true everywhere in Brandon) is a bit high for what you get. Also very limited choice here if you must eat gluten-free. There's the promise of home-baked goodies with the big pastry display case pretty much the first thing you see coming in, but every time I've gone there... More

Travelling for business, have returned to Lady of the Lake each time for early supper. Excellent gluten-free pizza, salad, desserts. So thrilled for a gluten-free lemon meringue pie. I have found the service to be very good. I imagine there is some night life here with live music, but we were just there for quick dinner. Love the shopping next... More

Had hamburger soup with no hamburger, was more like hamburger consommé, sandwich was decent, but nothing to write home about. I won't be hurrying back anytime soon.

So sorry for your bad experience at Lady of the Lake. I actually looked at that soup and complained to the cook. He said that it was the bottom of the pot and not much for meat and veggies left. Still it is no excuse. We will try harder next time. Thanks for the reminder! More

Love the food, service was ok and atmosphere was relaxing. I would go back. We had lasagna, fresh bread, clean water, rib eye, and for dessert, lime cheesecake! Yummy!

We have been here before and had good experiences but our experience today was bad enough that it will be a long time before we are back. They had a private party in a portion of the restaurant essentially blocking access to the bathrooms. We were informed when we sat that our food might take a little longer than normal... More

Hello, I am so sorry for your experience. It makes my heart sad to think that our precious customers are being ignored. I sincerely apologize for the treatment by my staff. I understand that a restaurant experience like that can turn you off. I would love to make it up to you. I will leave a gift certificate for you... More

Lady of the Lake is a nice quiet place to enjoy a healthy selection menu items. The food is excellent and the presentation very well done. On weekends there is usually some form of live entertainment.
