I will start with the good: pita bread and tzatziki was great. Downside: long grain musshy rice instead of alborio. Pikerel breading too tick and not properly cook.

My husband & I went to eat at this restaurant after a long drive from Saskatoon. It looked like a quaint place to eat, so we stopped. We arrived at about 7:00 PM & the sign on the door said they were open until 9:00 PM. When we went in the waitress refused to seat us as she said that... More

This is a small no frills type of restaurant. Staff were friendly and service was very good. Prime rib was excellent and everyone at our table enjoyed something different. Portions are huge and quality was top notch. You will not leave here hungry! Pleasant experience ..we will be back for sure!

What a gem Albert's Bistro is! We were told that the BEST prime Rib is at Albert's and that's the truth. Fantastic service & unbelievable food make this a must stop restaurant. We have been here several times and have never had a bad meal, we recommend this place to everyone we know. As well as the best Prime rib... More

Had dinner here one evening. There was a trade show in town so it was very busy and reservations were a must. If you're passing through the city it may be well advised to call ahead because they seating capacity is only about 45 people. My dinner guest suggested the prime rib and that's what I ordered. There was a... More

This family-owned restaurant works hard to make sure your experience is a good one. We were here for New Years and loved the staff, food and quaint atmosphere. Several of the food selections are Greek or Greek influenced. When we placed our drink order, we asked for the "Albert's" sized portion (2 ounces of liquor, versus 1 ounce in the... More

Better than the chain fast food options but pretty prairie bland. Had the prime rib, came bone in huge cut but had canned gravy all over it, scrapped it off to find the rib well done and dried out on the edges. Lemon potatoes were big chunks but had no flavour except for the canned gravy again. The five of... More

Albert's is an unassuming little place. It look's like a little diner, but is the same great food that the chef used to serve at his previous, larger establishment. The prime rib has always been wonderful when I've had it, but most times I yield to temptation and get the Greek sampler meal: souvlaki, moussaka, dolmades, panakopita, rice. I usually... More

Chose Albert's based on recommendations by friends. We arrived at 5pm on a Tuesday to find out that the place was fully reserved as of 6pm. but there was a table that would accommodate us if we could eat within the hour. Restaurant is small and quaint, more diner than bristo. Service was fine, punctual and okay, but not particularly... More
