Good but

This place is a stone's throw from another Umberto's (Il Caminetto). This is more casual and over looks a swimming pool of a modest hotel (sorry). The food is good and has a little more selection with lower prices than Il Caminetto so if you would like to take your kids or like the sound of your... read more

My parents and I enjoy coming here for a more sophisticated and more classy Italian restaurant. If you are staying at the Mountainside Lodge/Executive, it's a great place to come to because it's just right "downstairs." I would suggest making reservations because it can get busy and I would also suggest asking for a booth. This place can get a... More

This is by far our favorite place to eat in Whistler. We always get a seat at the bar which allows you a cooking show in addition to great food.

We have been dining at this fantastic restaurant for some time now. The food is impeccable - truly Italian dining at its finest without any of the pretentiousness one may occasionally encounter in fine dining scenarios.

If you are looking for an authentic Italian place (outside of Italy) then this is it!! Food, service and wine list were excellent. We shared a few appetisers with the table then each had our own separate main and everyone enjoyed their selections. The wine list is quite extensive with a good selection of Old World wines. Our waiter was... More

Regular visitors to the Trattotia during our ski days. Well located to Whistler gondola. Wide selection of Italian food. Friendly efficient service. Split dishes provided at no cost. Easily the best quality value for money lunch option available in Whistler.

Very welcoming, even when we arrived at the restaurant on a very busy evening without a reservation. They happily accommodated us. The food was simply decisions, made with fresh and authentic ingredients. Our waiter was very knowledgable and friendly. Their breads are delicious and the balsamic they use is divine. On top of everything - they have an amazing customer... More
