As regular winter skiing visitors to Whistler over many years, we have tried everywhere, but we keep coming back to Sushi Village. Consistent standards, interesting menu with very well prepared food and a fair price point (i.e. long way below the fine dining options of Whistler, and only moderately above the bargain basement places). The chefs have been there for... More

Sushi Village does a great job in getting you seated, serving you fresh, fast food in a friendly fashion. Tempura was hot and light, teppa maki, tuna maki, and California rolls were done well. Udon broth was flavourful. Definitely worth the trip to this restaurant!

When we stopped by Sushi Village we were told it would be a one hour wait, we saw other people in the lounge with a jug of margaritas that looked amazing, but we chose to go walk around the village and shop. When we got back it was a short wait and the service was excellent, the food was very... More

Had a great meal here with friends. We ordered the chilli tofu (which for a non-tofu eater was actually very nice), some sushi rolls, salmon sashimi (amazing), karaage chicken (average) and a few more dishes. Follow the waitresses advice re the menu as she made some great choices. It does get busy so go early or put your name down... More

There is always a wait at dinner and they don't do reservations for less than 6 people. That being said if you want sushi in Whistler then this is the best place to go. Go early put your name on the list and come back when your table is ready, would be my advice. The sushi is fresh, good, and... More

Sushi was great no complaints.. I would have liked to see more variety in the special rolls though.. Service was inattentive but not unexpected given the wait 75 to 90 minute wait, no reservations allowed Prices were good I would return if in a sushi mood and with lots of time to kill in the village while waiting

Sushi was fantastic. Very good service as well. We all had different sushi dishes and each was very fresh and flavorful. Great location in the village.

We have been regular visitors over the last decade to Sushi Village and sometimes 3-4 times a year . Not this year. Once was enough. Dare I say it has Sushi Village become complacent ? Attitude at the door ( no real change here ) Still a very limited wine list . Food was very poor , the most disappointing... More
