Writing as a non-vegetarian / vegan

We arrive a little late in the day 13:30 on a busy easter weekend and only went there as the Roundhouse was a complete zoo. The food was surprisingly tasty and my son really enjoyed his vegan meatball sub even though he and vegetables normally do not normally mix. I has a chick pea stew but there... read more

Stopped in for a bite to eat. Lots of people were there to do the same, so finding a table was a bit tricky. The prices were a bit high, like everything in Whistler. They had a nice, healthy selection of soups, salads and snacks. We had a couple of rather unhealthy cinnamon buns. They were warm, gooey and delicious!

Stop at this charming little spot for lunch while on Whistler mountain and you will find a great selection of vegan options perfect for even an avid meat eater. The chickpea stew and yam salad were my faves.

Had a beautiful lunch at the Raven's Nest today. Great vegan/veggie options all made with good quality, ethically sourced food. Seemed pricey at first ($10.95 for mushroom bisque) but that came with a great big pile of salad, that came in four varieties of which you have the option to mix and excellent garlic bread. To top it off we... More

Located at the top of the Creekside Gondola, this is a fully vegan lunch spot tasty enough for omnivores. They leverage Gardein meatless products for Korean BBQ beef kim chee, beef mushroom, and meatball sandwiches. But the salads (your choice, comes with the sandwich) are the best part. Features the best beet salad (ever), a great quinoa bean salad, and... More

Food smelled good and the windows were in the right places to see the skiers coming down the mountain so you could meet your group.

Finding healthy food on a mountain is sometimes daunting, but raven's nest has filled that niche. The food is just incredible. So much choice, and so much food for the money! I had the mushrooms bisque, filled with every kind of mushroom, the roasted bear and walnut salad, and garlic bread for only $10. To get amazing home made food,... More

I visited Ravens Nest for the first time yesterday after hearing about the new approach being taken there. Vegan and vegetarian food primarily, with meat options available if you want it. I had the Gardein sausage breakfast sandwich which was great value and served with a light fruit salad. Awesome little spot with incredible views over the valley!

We stopped here almost every day for a coffee. Great views, fast service and we could always find a spot to sit. Even with the cold crisp air outside there was something magical about sitting on the deck with a hot coffee looking out over Creekside. A great place to stop with access back up to the Peak 2 Peak,... More
