What a fantastic concept!! Choose your ingredients and then have them cooked in front of you ! So healthy! Great for fussy eaters too as they can choose what they want! The kids had fun too! Eat before 4 & you get 20% off too!!

Our first night in Whistler saw my husband and I climb the stairs to this flamboyant place for our evening meal. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived, even though we had to wait a few minutes for a table but we certainly didn't mind as we were able to observe this unique style of dining while we... Fun place, where you select the ingredients and they cook it theatrically for you. Not sure about some others' comments about the cost, but we all managed to fill large bowls with as much as we could possible eat (and we are not small eaters) for under $30 each!. Pretty good value and a novelty experience you don't get everywhere!

We went here as we thought the boys would like the novelty of having their food cooked in front of them however it was an expensive experience with an average per head bill of $40 and this included two children's sized portions and only one round of drinks - no starters, sides or desserts. Food was fresh and well cooked... More

I thought this was a great - and healthier - place to eat if only they wouldn't sell you food by pound of weight. This is how it works - you select your ingredients and pile them in a bowl, you add sauce and they weigh your bowl and cook in front of you and add either jasmine rice or... More

Having been to many Mongolian Barbecue Restaurants - in California and elsewhere, the experience is perhaps similar to experienced Chinese foodies eating at Panda and other food court restaurants. They have the equipment, for sure, but what looks Mongolian does not taste Mongolian. Somehow, while they have the ingredients, the taste is not the same - a bit on the... More

Watch how much you take. You gotta put the ingredients in they weigh it and your pay. If your not careful one dish is around $50 easy. Quality is okay. It's a tourist trap. Stay away unless your rich and want to show off

A fun meal we really enjoyed. The chefs are great (I'm a veggie and they couldn't do enough to keep my food separate from everyone else's) and this was my husband's first visit to a Mongolie Grill - he loved it! You can have as much or as little as you like and I could have eaten the delicious veggies... More

Love the Mongolie Grill, it's a great place to cater to all sizes and types of appetites. They have an extensive assortment of ingredients from which to construct your meal. Being in a ski resort, it's not cheap, but if you are careful about your portion size it's not unreasonable. A cup of soup (hot and sour, or miso) and... More

Went to this restaurant wondering if I could eat anything as a coeliac. They were fantastic. They went to the kitchen and got me fresh sauce in case of contamination. On the grill they cleared a third of it, cleaned it amazingly thoroughly, announced allergy meal coming in, used all new untensils. Basically they took it seriously and knew the... More
