Awesome bar staff!!

Was in Whistler for a conference and we came here one night for a party and then were back again for drinks another night. The bar staff were awesome particularly Steve. The night of the party he made sure to come to the far end of the bar to check on us and see if we needed drinks. When we... read more

Longhorn Saloon at Whistler Village is the best place to enjoy yourself. The food we had was fantastic. And we ordered nacho's, hamburgers, steaks, and fries while we were there and they were all perfect. The atmosphere and the newly remodeled patio really add to the experience. The entire staff runs, endlessly to get your orders out. The perfect customer... More

We went here for a quick bite to eat for lunch. The service was unbeleivelably slow and for no apparent reason as there was very few people there as it was during the day. We had no complaints concerning the food, just how long it took to get to us. We will never return.

Used longhorn on more than one occasion when skiing for a cracking lunch and beer. Very friendly staff eager to please with a good selection of items on menu from pulled pork taco's to salads. Good quality of food and as usual we would order too much!! Always had to add Yam fries(sweet potato fries) as extra to share. Nice... More

Hi Eastcoastrunner, Thanks for your review, and I'm glad you had a great time! Fully agree with you on the beers, and is something we are continually reviewing to ensure we have something for everyone! Our new house-brewed Deep Cove IPA has been an instant hit! I had lunch at Longhorn with some friends today and was not disappointed! We were greeted almost instantly, sat at a table with an incredible view and had three separate staff come up and say hello to us. We had the pulled pork taco special as it was taco Tuesday, they were amazing! Food came relatively quick considering how busy... More

It's crowded, for sure, but with the newly expanded patio there is always a spot to squeeze in, drink, laugh and dance. A must hit spot for Apres. Be careful if sitting near the outdoor heaters they are REALLY hot, almost too hot.

Dear yomammaToronto, Thanks for leaving your awesome review, and I'm glad you had a great time! Your pictures look awesome! I guess with the amazing sunny weather we've had this winter, we didn't really need heaters eh?! Rest assured when it's -20c and snowing out, they're a great addition! I hope you enjoyed the rest of your trip to Whistler,... More

We ate at the Longhorn on more than 5 occasions during our stay in Whistler! We had 4 lunches and 1 dinner! The spicy buffalo wrap kept us coming back, it was AMAZING! The nachos were HUGE and for $19 they feed 3 adults! Best nachos we had in Canada hands down! The drinks were awesome! Not too cheap, but... More

Hi carmenannwood, Thank you for you awesome review - sounds like you had a great time! Our Nachos are the pride of our menu, and I'm glad you think they were some of the best in Canada! Apres can get a little bit crazy when the mountain closes, but that's all part of the fun of The Longhorn! All the... More

Longhorn's have the ideal location in the village. Sitting at the base of mountains it is party central. If you have kids, stop in for lunch as there are no minors after 2pm. The patio is VERY popular and tables are jammed as tight as can be. This affects the speed of service but you won't mind too much given... More

Been to Whistler many times and never used the Longhorn. On our trip this year we were attracted by the crowds and the noise and ventured in, glad we did.
