I ate here twice on our trip to Whistler: once for breakfast before heading up the slopes and once for a birthday dinner. Both were excellent. I was in a rush so only ordered the granola cup and orange juice, but I was surprised at how flavoursome both were, and they were sufficient to last me a whole morning's skiing.... More

We ordered the red snapper and a salmon dish. The red snapper was poorly presented. The risotto was all heaped on top of the fish and was buried so much that you weren't sure if there was a fish under there. It also was not cooked well. Another member of the family had salmon and was overcooked. One of the... More

This is a small room, but the flavors are living large here. We had the lamb shanks, paired with a Chianti, One of the best meals I have had in a restaurant, the lamb was fall off the bone tender, and not overdone, served with Gnocchi, and presented with an artist's flair. Attentive staff rounded off the experience.

A casual restaurant with creative menu and at reasonable cost. Fast service. Suitable for family with kids as well. Recommend it.

A second endorsement for the duck with risotto and the lamb shank, but I enjoyed the pea shoots gnocchi. The seafood special (rock cod, for us) was also very good. We came in for dinner one evening two weeks ago, having been crowded of out Merlin's by W/B employee night. I spent more than I was planning (I wouldn't have... More

Get the duck with risotto, absolutely delicious. Lamb shank was fork tender and fell off the bone, but the niocchi was lacking flavor. Staff is friendly and knowledgable. Very convenient location for those staying in the upper village.

We had dinner on the Saturday after Valentines day and what a nice surprise. The facility looks more like a deli when you first walk in but let me tell you it is anything but! The appetizers were all outstanding including the bacon flan and especially the mushroom risotto which was the best ever. I had the Maple short ribs... More

Went there for breakfast and it was absolutely horrible. Service was ok but the food was the worst I've ever had in a restaurant. The hollandaise for the eggs benedict tasted disgusting (almost rotten). The hashbrowns were soggy and tasteless and the coffee was watered down and bland. Never ever again. There needs to be much more room between tables... More

Nice little hole in the wall across from the Fairmont. Have the Huevos Rancheros breakfast. Good gooey cinnamon buns, too .

We ate here twice during our week stay and both times the food was stupendously good. Out of all the places we ate (including 21 Steps and Araxi) we felt this was by far the best. This is a small/intimate bistro; it doesn't have the atmosphere of a very upscale/high end restaurant but it doesn't pretend to be anything that... More
