Fantastic atmosphere and service, and most importantly, fresh and delicious food. A real treat during our stay - book in advance, and if a busy time of year request the 2nd seating to avoid the rush of needing to leave by a certain time.

We have been coming to Rim Rock for years, love it and have reviewed it before. The food was fresh, delicious and the presentation excellent. Unfortunately I will have to take it down a half notch now (5 to 4.5). We noticed a change in the menu a few (maybe five) years ago. My perception is that the menu is... More

We took our 2 teenage daughters here and we were not disappointed. Atmosphere is warm and inviting, fireplaces, cozy, comfortable. Service was outstanding, menu superb! Fresh seafood and top notch steaks. I had the catch of the day - Halibut. Very fresh, tasteful, and beautifully presented on the plate with risotto and asparagus. Everyone else had a nice cut of... Visited the Rim Rock cafe in the beginning of march with my dad, we came at about 9pm and had a great dinner. I started with the mussels, which was excellent, the taste was good, and they was made in a soup of garlic and wine, which complimented the mussels perfect. Then i got a daily special, which was three... More

Perfect from beginning to end! Very accomodating wait staff and chef. We had seafood trios but were able to substitute a different fish because we don't eat shrimp! Started with beet salad and had the sticky toffee pudding to finish. Very pricey but worth every penny! Can't wait to go back next time we are in Whistler.

By far the best restaurant in whistler. Great food and even better service. It is not cheap but well worth the price. If you are serious about food this is a must visit while in town

Great restaurant with excellent service. A bit expensive but worth it. It's great local food, attended by its owner. It's good to live in a world were independent restaurant owners and operators can excell and ad operate better than franchised restaurants. Bravo for Rim Rock you give Whitler a unique charm.
