In its 23rd year, the Rimrock Café has delighted diners with its innovative, fresh cuisine and emphasis on the finest fish and game, artfully prepared with inventiveness and flair. The restaurant is consistently recognized as a local’s favorite for atmosphere, service and a sublime eating experience. Behind the large glass window of our lit cellar, all manner of wines from the glamorous and recognizable to the intriguing and new seem to hum seductively. We made reservations in advance at Rim Rock because we weren't sure if we would want seafood or game after spending several, days in Vancouver. We started with raw oysters and they were delicious, but a bit small due to the time of year. The mignonette they were served with was great. I had a fantastic ice wine martini and my... More

What a pleasant surprise to see the extensive seafood selections on the menu! We expected the game, but not the seafood. We had a great meal in a very nice dining room in front of the beautiful fireplace. Our service was attentive and we highly recommend this fine restaurant!

We went here after hearing from all the locals that this is the best restaurant in whistler, the wine list was extensive, food was delicious and among the best I have ever eaten. Customer service was also a standout, highly recommended if you are visiting whistler

If you are looking for the best in Whistler, this is not it. Service is great, wine list exceptional, atmosphere is good, but the food is not creative and just ok.

Our best meal in our 4 night stay in Whistler. Wonderful service, lovely dining room, great wine list, the best cocktails by far, and the best Venison I have ever tasted.

WOW!!!! This place is fantastic! I had the seafood risotto and it was incredible. We ordered the salmon off the kids menu for our 2 children and they loved it. This is a must if you are in the area. I would definitely recommend you call for reservations. It's not in the Whistler village, just a few miles south on... More

we arrived at the Rim Rock with high expectations based on the reviews. We were seated on the Garden Patio while we waited for our table to set up. It was great as the server and owner allowed us to debate whether we wanted to stay outside or go inside to our original table. We had our drink outside and... More

Awesome wine list, exceptional food. We were a group of 8 attending a wedding in whistler. Last night outing. One of our favourite restaurants to visit yearly. Never disappointed. Try the tomahawk pork chop!!! Pricy, but worth it.

Go here for the food....yes it's expensive, but its really excellent. I went here with my son and his friend from university who is a store owner in Whistler. We asked him to suggest a place for dinner and to repay his kindness on our trip. He immediately said Rim Rock and managed to get the three of us reservations... More
