Description: In its 23rd year, the Rimrock Café has delighted diners with its innovative, fresh cuisine and emphasis on the finest fish and game, artfully prepared with inventiveness and flair. The restaurant is consistently recognized as a local’s favorite for atmosphere, service and a sublime eating experience. Behind the large glass window of our lit cellar, all manner of wines from the glamorous and recognizable to the intriguing and new seem to hum seductively. Two fireplaces cast an ambient glow over the chatter and energy of our rustic dining room. In summer, enjoy your meal on a sunny patio. The seafood antipasto for two is the perfect start to your meal. Stunning presentation meets succulent, vibrant flavor among the six exquisite tasters. Try our Venison tenderloin, served with a porcini cream and homemade spatzle. For the seafood lover, our main course Trio is a harmony of seared Ahi, nut crusted Sablefish and grilled prawns. Complete your meal with Whistler's favorite desert.

This is one of the best meals we've had in BC. The food is always delicious. The special $45 meal deal in low season is really good value and always feels like a treat. The atmosphere in the restaurant is nice and cozy with alot of wood and roaring fire in the winter. The menu is not the most creative... More

Ate here twice on our visit! Food and service was amazing. Definitely a fancier restaurant option but worth the price. Everything we had was great! If your looking for a place to celebrate or just looking for a good place to have dinner this is the place!

I must be getting up to 10 times dining here. This place is consistently good. Great food, atmosphere and food. We always make a special effort to ensure that we enjoy their four course special menu that they serve in early December and Spring. The wine list is exceptional and offers an excellent range of great wines from throughout the... More

Right from the greeting when we opened the front door to the farewell wave we were treated like celebrities. If you want to impress someone or are after a wonderful dinning experience then this is your place! We had the 4 course set menu for $49 each and we found the value exceptional and the food amazing. The serving sizes... More

We were a party of 6 that all decided to have the four course dinner for just $49. We anticipated that our meals would be good given the ratings however we did not anticipate that large size of the portions or how truly incredible each course would be. All I can say is we cancelled our reservation at another restaraunt... More

This restaurant is rated #1 on trip advisor and is deserving of that position. We had an exceptional meal only to be outdone by the friendly professional service. We had the Mussels, seafood trio, duck, lobster mashed - all so good but save room for the sticky toffee- oh my

Absolutely one of the best restaurants in whistler. Stunning food, service and atmosphere. Get a cab as great wine, lots of choice, expensive but great wine at an average cost can be found within the extensive wine list. Lots of choice for each course and it was all memorable, especially the duck and venison. The ceviche was a little bland... More

Amazing, 4 courses for$49. Lovely place off the strip, well worth the taxi cab ride if you need it. I had antipasto fish, with the ceviche, poke, shrimp, and sablefish. Loved it all except sable fish. The venison for the second course was amazing, salmon special for main course with lobster mashed potato was amazing. Only two options for dessert... More

This place is a hidden gem! It's low key class is what makes the Rim Rock so special and respected. When you arrive you are greeted with a warm welcome as if entering someones home. Upstairs is the dining room; it's comfortable, clean and contemporary. Our server was very polite as well as all of the back up staff. The... More
