In its 23rd year, the Rimrock Café has delighted diners with its innovative, fresh cuisine and emphasis on the finest fish and game, artfully prepared with inventiveness and flair. The restaurant is consistently recognized as a local’s favorite for atmosphere, service and a sublime eating experience. Behind the large glass window of our lit cellar, all manner of wines from the glamorous and recognizable to the intriguing and new seem to hum seductively. Two fireplaces cast an ambient glow over the chatter and energy of our rustic dining room. In summer, enjoy your meal on a sunny patio. The seafood antipasto for two is the perfect start to your meal. Stunning presentation meets succulent, vibrant flavor among the six exquisite tasters. Try our Venison tenderloin, served with a porcini cream and homemade spatzle. For the seafood lover, our main course Trio is a harmony of seared Ahi, nut crusted Sablefish and grilled prawns. Complete your meal with Whistler's favorite desert.

This is an excellent and very professional restaurant. We ate here a couple of nights ago and enjoyed seafood starters followed by various combinations of lamb and steak. All first rate. It is definitely worth a journey down to the creek from Whistler village, even if you don't have a car (there is a bus stop just outside). The wine... More

Relaxed atmosphere with top quality service and food. The price can be a little expensive but this was a special occasion as was our first visit there a few years ago. Still as good as we remembered.

We came here with our two teenagers for a birthday dinner recently, and everything was fantastic. The atmosphere in the restaurant is warm and cozy, the service was great, and the food was delicious. I especially recommend the dessert sampler.

The restaurant located a little bit outside of the main village, about 2-3 minutes drive. We visited it with our friends on the first night at Whistler and we enjoyed the place. It's a little bit too dark in the dining room and we had difficulty reading the menu. Other than that the whole experience was very pleasant from an... More

My husband took me to Rim Rock & its easy to see why everyone raves about it. From the moment we walked in the door til we left, there was not one thing to fault. Every mouthful was delightful, every sip of the local pino grigo went beautifully and the quality of the food was at a very high standard!... More

We went here on our first night in Whistler. It had a great atmosphere without being stuffy, and the food was excellent! Save room for the bread pudding for dessert. The service was excellent as well.

I visited Canada and was told about this restaurant. I had oysters to start and surf and turf for main it was flawless. The waiter was exceptionally nice and helpful. Food was brought at good timing and the price was surprisingly cheap! Well compared to the British pound I found it more than ideal. Highly recommend this restaurant. The only... More

This place is out of the way but well worth the journey. It deserves its ratings for service, food, wine choice and ambiance - a very professional operation in all respects. We came for dinner and were impressed. One of the best in Whistler, without question.

This was a meal on the 13th seeing as we were flying on the 14th, but the thought was there..... Having eaten here before the food is off the charts - easily the best in Whistler, beating out the overpriced main village reputations such as Araxi, and Il Camberto. Whether it's seafood or Steak you're looking for, Rim Rock delivers... More
