Description: In its 23rd year, the Rimrock Café has delighted diners with its innovative, fresh cuisine and emphasis on the finest fish and game, artfully prepared with inventiveness and flair. The restaurant is consistently recognized as a local’s favorite for atmosphere, service and a sublime eating experience. Behind the large glass window of our lit cellar, all manner of wines from the glamorous and recognizable to the intriguing and new seem to hum seductively. Two fireplaces cast an ambient glow over the chatter and energy of our rustic dining room. In summer, enjoy your meal on a sunny patio. The seafood antipasto for two is the perfect start to your meal. Stunning presentation meets succulent, vibrant flavor among the six exquisite tasters. Try our Venison tenderloin, served with a porcini cream and homemade spatzle. For the seafood lover, our main course Trio is a harmony of seared Ahi, nut crusted Sablefish and grilled prawns. Complete your meal with Whistler's favorite desert.

Went with friends for an evening out while staying in creek side. Chose the Rim Rock and was not disappointed. This is by far one of the best fine dining experiences anywhere. The service is outstanding and the food is superb. The best place for that special occasion! Fantastic

A Whistler favourite of ours. Located in the Creekside area it is a little harder to get to than some others but well-worth the effort. Comfortable and friendly service that anticipates every question and need. Over many years Rim Rock never disappoints. We suggested it to others and everyone came back thrilled with their meal. My wife and I enjoy fine dining all over the world, and this little gem of a restaurant is world class. The freshness, presentation, flavors were outstanding. Not inexpensive, but highly recommended.

WOW. Have been visiting Whistler for 10+ years and tried many restaurants in the area, Rim Rock continues to outperform its competition. This trip we had Johnny O serve us and he is truly an asset to the restaurant. Rim Rock prepares fish the best of all the whistler restaurants. If you have room try the sticky pudding. We try... What a restaurant!!! We live in SF and are used to outstanding restaurants and meals. Rimrock can stand toe to toe with the best of them. Everything was outstanding from the fresh flowers at the hostess stand to the happy outgoing and informative waitress. However, the real star is the food. There were so many great dishes to chose from.... More

Very high-end restaurant - more typical of a major city. Chef obviously knows what he's doing.... Expensive and worth it.

Awesome restaurant. You won't be disappointed. We went the last night of our 6 day trip at whistler village. Wish we had gone sooner so we could have gone a couple of times

My husband and I chose this restaurant after finding it here on trip advisor. We're very happy we went. Excellent food with fantastic service. We didn't have a reservation but were sat right away at around 830 on a Saturday night. We had the Rockefeller oysters to start which were amazing. Then my husband had the lobster and scallops with... More

Best steak ever!! This restaurant deserves it's #1 rating on TA. We made a reservation the same day we wanted to dine and despite being warned by our hotel we may not get in, we were offered several different seating times. We started with a drink at the very well-stocked bar (as a gin fan, I was impressed with the... More
