Description: In its 23rd year, the Rimrock Café has delighted diners with its innovative, fresh cuisine and emphasis on the finest fish and game, artfully prepared with inventiveness and flair. The restaurant is consistently recognized as a local’s favorite for atmosphere, service and a sublime eating experience. Behind the large glass window of our lit cellar, all manner of wines from the glamorous and recognizable to the intriguing and new seem to hum seductively. Two fireplaces cast an ambient glow over the chatter and energy of our rustic dining room. In summer, enjoy your meal on a sunny patio. The seafood antipasto for two is the perfect start to your meal. Stunning presentation meets succulent, vibrant flavor among the six exquisite tasters. Try our Venison tenderloin, served with a porcini cream and homemade spatzle. For the seafood lover, our main course Trio is a harmony of seared Ahi, nut crusted Sablefish and grilled prawns. Complete your meal with Whistler's favorite desert.

Service, food & atmosphere, seriously, the quality is unmatched. Ive been atleast 5 times, they have an excellent 4 course during the off season for something like 50$. Most recently I was there to enjoy a birthday and had the duck done two ways with the lobster mashed potatoes and a beautiful bottle of wine. We were a group of... More

Went for my birthday dinner with two kids (10 & 13). Incredible appetizer - ceviche, all entrees amazing - filet mignon, halibut, and tuna. Excellent. Don't miss the sticky toffee pudding (seriously, to die for !), and kids had chocolate cake. Can't wait to go back. Make reservations and you won't be disappointed !!!

Lovely resto in Creekside that we tried on my bday and on friends' recommendation. My family of four (inc. 2 teenage boys with discerning palates) cleaned every plate that we faced: scallop and pork belly, seafood antipasto, smoked salmon appetizer, salad with chèvre chaud, duck two ways, ahi, grilled seafood trio, seafood salad, plus sticky toffee pudding, tiramisu, sorbet. We've... More

Went with friends for an evening out while staying in creek side. Chose the Rim Rock and was not disappointed. This is by far one of the best fine dining experiences anywhere. The service is outstanding and the food is superb. The best place for that special occasion! Fantastic

A Whistler favourite of ours. Located in the Creekside area it is a little harder to get to than some others but well-worth the effort. Comfortable and friendly service that anticipates every question and need. Over many years Rim Rock never disappoints. We suggested it to others and everyone came back thrilled with their meal. If you are going to... More

WOW. Have been visiting Whistler for 10+ years and tried many restaurants in the area, Rim Rock continues to outperform its competition. This trip we had Johnny O serve us and he is truly an asset to the restaurant. Rim Rock prepares fish the best of all the whistler restaurants. If you have room try the sticky pudding. We try...
